I ordered a tile sample via eBay. I've ordered lots of ice samples but Roccia were the only ones to contact me and ask how it was. They even sent me more pictures of the particular tile in use in a bathroom (thanks Kate). In the end I didn't buy from them as I preferred another tile but it was really good customer service compared to all the other tile vendors I ordered samples from.

I ordered tiles from their shop on ebay - nothing turned up. Thank god I found out how poor their service was before I placed any large orders

Kate at Roccia made the whole process very easy. She was really helpful and easy to deal with from start to finish. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and nothing was too much trouble. Great service all around. I have already recommended Roccia to family and friends. highly recommend!

Ordered tiles for my kitchen ☺️

We were helped by various members if staff and once we had selected we spoke to Issy and asked for advice, he was very helpful
Unfortunately one of the tiles we had selected were not available.
Issy advised both were of a similar quality and could be colour matched to grout so we went with the one available.
It's called Revolution perla and was on the 20 percent off offer, so we got a very good deal.
I will update review when we have had delivery we have used before for kitchen and conservatory and on previous occasions all went well.
I don't anticipate any issues.

I ordered some samples and they arrived correctly promptly, free of charge. I cant rate highly enough the customer care received from Kate following this, checking if there was anything i needed without any pressure at all. Unfortunately I didn't purchase from them as the tiles didn't match my colour scheme but i wish i could have because as well as the excellent customer service the prices were amazing value! I will come back to you another time i promise!

The showroom offers a wide choice of bathrooms, and initially the service was very good. Payment was made based on this positive experience.

However, the service declined significantly afterwards. Dealing with Alison was disappointing — at no time did she give the impression that she wanted to help. While she appeared open to resolving issues. communication was poor, often limited to brief, one-word responses, and it felt as though unnecessary obstacles were being put in the way rather than solutions being offered.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
We began our house build 2 years ago. We used Roccia for all of the bathroom tiles, all of the floor tiles throughout the house and the exterior tiles.
Ashif and Vandan were my contacts and they went way above and beyond throughout our building project. It wasn’t just a case of me coming into the showroom and choosing my tiles; they sat down with me and discussed what look I was hoping for in each room and gave me suggestions as to what tiles complimented each other. Not once did they pressure me to buy from them. I would go away and have a think about their suggestions and often we would bounce ideas back and forth to each other until I decided on what tiles I wanted.
Building a house and getting the finishing touches perfect can be exhausting and stressful and along the way we have been let down by so many trades and suppliers. Not once have Roccia let me down. We have had multiple deliveries from them over the last couple of years and every time they have delivered exactly what they have said they would and always on time.
I can’t exactly put into words how grateful I am for their expertise, knowledge and integrity. Thankyou for all of your help. It truly has never gone unnoticed.

This young man set a standard of personal service I very rarely find these days.

After 8 years we needed some of the same tiles that we have in our En-suite -we bought a tile into store and Ishi was the man he knew they had some left in the warehouse and we were able to get some that is amazing service

Roccia is a high class business with a vast array and diversity of products to suit all budgets, tastes and aesthetics. I had my first experience with them 4 years ago, which I've since repeated Jan 2025 and Jan 2026. On all three occasions, I was welcomed by their excellent leader at Bolton (Zubi Bahi) and his wonderful team. He sets high standards and leads by example with a very personalised approach that's so impressive to see in business leadership. Such a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended. Check out Roccia first before you go anywhere else.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience my parents had in this store. My dad lives with a severe spinal injury which affects the way he walks, and he also struggles with anxiety. While visiting the shop, my mum overheard staff laughing and making a rude remark clearly directed at him and said loudly in front of other customers. This behaviour was not only disrespectful, but deeply hurtful.

When confronted, the staff attempted to excuse their behaviour with an unconvincing explanation, claiming they were reacting to football — something that simply did not match the situation.

This experience has had a real emotional impact on my dad and has knocked his confidence when out in public. No customer — especially someone already dealing with disability and anxiety — should ever be made to feel mocked or unwelcome.

We had originally planned to purchase tiles here, but after this experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I called at Rochia on Sunday the 2nd November.I have been to Rochia on many occasions.The reason I go to Rochia is because they always treat you as the most important person in the showroom.on this occasion we were served by Maz.Maz asked about our project and what we were looking for.He showed us several options and nothing was too much trouble.we soon knew what we wanted and a quote was drawn up.We placed the order on the 3rd.Maz was courteous,professional and knowledgable,I would not hesitate to use Rochia and Maz again

Really helpful and knowledgable sales person not at all pushy. We couldn't directly visit showroom so were sent pictures and video of different tiles.

Ishy was so helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. He helped keep my project on track by being able to deliver the large quantity of tiles within timescale and on budget.

I went to pick up my order from Roccia from the warehouse not the showroom; I was around 10 minutes late and staff were ready to leave. However Danny from the warehouse was very accommodating, and polite. He took my order number and loaded my car with my order with his colleague. Excellent customer service.

Good service - assisted when needed and had what I wanted but had to wait a little while for the colour to be back in stock.

Roccia are a great company. From first our first visit Ebrahim was so helpful in designing our bathroom. He couldn’t do enough. We also dealt with Maz for the tiles. Again couldn’t do enough for us. He recommended Fabio who is the best tiler we have ever had. From start to finish he did a fantastic job. Everyone comments on how fabulous his tiling is.
