Served by Maz at Roccia, very pleasant and helpful and got a great bargain to boot!

From our first entry into the Preston store where we were met by Shiraz who spent a lot of time showing us the tiles that we wanted he was very helpful and made the process very easy. Today we have received our delivery and the two men who brought it were extremely professional and made sure that the delivery went were we wanted it. They insisted that they could manage without my help and did a very good job very pleasant company representatives.

Won’t Be Returning to Roccia

I visited Roccia today and was served by someone new. I asked about the price of some aluminium sandstone tile trim displayed at around £18 a length and enquired about a trade price. I was bluntly told that was already the trade price.

I explained that I could get similar from Topps Tiles or CTD for around £10 and even offered to show a receipt to prove it. The response I got was, “Well, go to Topps Tiles then.”

As a trader, I found the attitude completely dismissive and rude. I will not be returning, and I won’t be sending any more of my customers to Roccia. Unprofessional and unhelpful

Amazing experience, I don’t have much experience when it comes to tiles and bathrooms but Ash was so helpful in talking me through options and the different colour finishes. I can be a little indecisive but Ash and the team were patient not pushy and I couldn’t be happier with the finished result.

Bought tiles from Roccia Preston last weekend. Sales staff were friendly and allowed me to look around without being pushy. At the point of purchasing I was looked after by Shiraz. He was amazing at helping me know what I needed. Professional and friendly from start to finish. I would highly recommend.

Ive came here to buy my bathroom tiles and they look amazing! Came back today and spoke to Ishy who was lovely, very friendly and I purchased my tiles for my log burner. Coming back next month to purchase all my tiles for my extension.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from your company. This was my first time ordering from Roccia, having seen your reputation online. My wife contacted your team via social media, and despite usually purchasing tiles from companies in Burnley, we decided to go with you based on your reviews. Unfortunately, this decision has turned into a frustrating experience.

I received **14 damaged packs of tiles**, which my builder informed me about upon delivery. I immediately reached out to arrange a re-delivery for this afternoon, but was told this wouldn’t be possible until Friday. For a company of your size, I expected this issue to be resolved much more quickly, especially as I’ve already provided photographic evidence of the damage.

The delay has caused significant inconvenience. My builders have charged me for today’s work, despite being unable to start, and now the work has been pushed back until next Monday due to their availability. This has disrupted our schedule entirely.
I had high expectations, particularly because I referred several family members to your company. My younger brother recently spent a significant amount of money with you as well. While my initial interaction with your team was positive—they were approachable and helpful—this situation has left me deeply disappointed.

Even though I purchased the tiles at a good price, I didn’t anticipate this level of service. As a goodwill gesture, I would have expected you to arrange a re-delivery for this afternoon or tomorrow morning, but instead, I have to wait until Friday. This experience has been far from satisfactory.

I hope you can address this issue and take steps to improve your service.

Recently purchased new tiles for our kitchen from Roccia Preston. The very pleasant staff made us feel comfortable without any sales pressure even supplying a sample tile FOC which just happened to be our Ideal choice.Now our kitchen looks fantastic. We had our bathroom designed by Mark @roccia Preston and are absolutely in love with it, the service and time he took to make our vision come to life is really appreciated.

Masood took care of us when it came to picking out our tiles for our bathroom and our 3 rooms downstairs, Roccia have a huge variety which was very helpful when deciding what we wanted.

Both the sales reps were very helpful, polite and delivered a exceptional service.

We have used roccia for tiles for 4 of the rooms in our home. (From July -November 2024) The staff were all very friendly and helpful, we had a slight mix up with delivery of the first order of tiles but the issue was dealt with quickly by the team. We collected the next two orders of tiles and the goods out team were so helpful and loaded the tiles with care and precision into our vehicles. The collection centre staff were also helpful and I was away quickly with my shower tray, unfortunately the plug part wasn't loaded with the order which was a same but the refund was quickly provided. I would happily go back and purchase further tiles from them in the future. There is a large collection of tiles available and plenty to explore to find what your looking for. Ordered a shower tray and matching tiles in April, first shower tray was ordered in the wrong size, waited a further 7 weeks for the correct size and then it arrived in the wrong colour. Paid £45 delivery and was informed upon arrival it was curb side only so they wanted to leave everything on the curb to be stolen and then the feature tiles did not match the plain. Would never shop here again.

I am so pleased with my new kitchen.
It looks exactly how I wanted. I didn’t know where to start planning a kitchen, but with help and advise from Adam I got my dream kitchen. The quality is very high standard and everyone who visits my home comment on how nice the kitchen is. The lay out is so much better and I have lots of storage space now.
I needed help and advise along the way and nothing was too much trouble for Roccia.
I will definitely recommend Roccia to my family and friends.

Roccia is a modern, well established business with a diverse selection of tiles and other modern materials. I visited the place first time three years ago when we did our bathroom. I was most impressed by their approach including wonderfully helpful staff and the quality of their products. It was great to meet Zubie bahi then. Joined up with him again in October '24 for kitchen tiles. Wonderful once again. All his staff was excellent too. Great people to do business with. Competitive prices in one of the more modern places. Thank you so much.

Despite ignoring my verbal request, and two subsequent email requests for a specific time of delivery when I was at home, I got a phonecall from the delivery driver on the morning of 25th June when I was at work, and he was enroute. He then left two huge pallets on my driveway, that I was unable to move. Had I been at home, I would have asked him to leave them in my garage where I would have been able to check them indoors. I was not able to inspect them on my path, as I would have been unable to cover and protect them adequately thereafter.
Due to being let down by a bathroom fitter it took longer than anticipated to start the job, and when the new fitter opened up the pallets yesterday he discovered that there were no tiles, no toilet cistern, the base of the bath had been broken off and the shower tray was bowed.
Roccia are now refusing to replace the bath or shower tray, despite the damage occurring in transit (it had been inadequately packed and protected) and the pallet not having been touched since its arrival. The shower tray is bowed, due to it having been packed on top of the bath, which offered insufficient support. Equally, I would not have been able to detect the bowing myself - I’m not a bathroom fitter.
They have stated that because I didn’t check the goods soon after arrival, that they will not replace them. Yet the reason why I couldn’t was due to their failure to honour my delivery time request and therefore not leaving them in a safe place. I paid a high end price and expect a far better standard of service.
The cause of the damage and the delay in its being detected are both due to problems at their end

My shopping experience with Roccia was a mixed experience of ups and downs. When we initially placed our order with Roccia for tiles, trims, grout and cement, we were given a slight discount with free delivery thrown in. Whilst this was a good shopping experience at the time the day before our order was due to arrive, we were informed the tiles were out of stock and that this was not picked up at the time of order due to multiple members of staff not reading the system correctly. We then had to race down to the store to pick out replacement tiles as our builders were due within the next two days to tile our bathroom, which ultimately cut into our floor shopping time as we had decided to go with laminate at the last minute. Although this part of our shopping experience was not a great experience, Roccia owned its fault and upgraded us to tiles that doubled the value of our initial choice at no extra cost. Whilst they were not the tile design we initially wanted, they are a close replacement that is probably better quality, and they work within the bathroom. I recommend Roccia but advise customers to make sure staff are checking their stock levels correctly at the point of order to avoid any last-minute stresses or mad dashes for picking out replacement tiles.

The service we received from Irfan was exceptional, from picking our tiles and underfloor heating. His customer service was second to none, and we felt like from start to finish we were exceptionally well taken care off. Thank you Irfan for your 5 star service
