This is our second visit to Roccia. Each time we have been impressed with the customer service and product. We were seen by Ishy. Ishy's customer service was exemplary. He gave us good advice, was polite and showed care and compassion. Thank you Ishy

We walked in and found the showroom to be laid out well. Allowing us to walk round and find what we were after. We found the tiles and Ramil and Maz even went a got taps for us to see if they were a match. This little family business will now be my 1st stop for bathroom accessories from tiles, sinks and showers. Good prices too

10/10 for the showroom and a 10/10 for the service off ishy he was very welcoming and made a good brew. He also ensured our tiles were ready to collected quickly and was knowledgeable on all our queries.

We had visited Roccia Preston at the end of January looking to replace our bathroom . We had it all designed by Ali Wiltshire she was amazing nothing was to much trouble 😊.Then we had asked Shiraz about tiles he was so helpful from start to finish, I would recommend this company from start to finish the are amazing thank you so my bathroom looks beautiful 🤩

I found Shiraz and his colleagues a pleasure to deal with at Roccia Preston. He helped us to choose a wide range of tiles, grout and adhesive for our building project. Nothing was too much trouble from giving us samples to making returns and exchanges which made the whole process less stressful and enabled us to get the outcome we needed. Needless to say, we are delighted with the quality products that we have in our home and would highly recommend Shiraz and the team. Thank you.

Well what can I say. I drove to their Preston Branch from East Lancashire on the 10th of April, spoke to someone called ismaeel who gave me his business card too. I enquired about some tiles and he asked me to send him the measurements of the room I wanted to tile. He also told me that he will ask a tiler to contact me (the tiler worked on his house). on the 12th of April, I emailed Ismaeel using the email address on his business card. Didn't hear a thing from them nor the tiler he recommended. So today on the 17th of April I rang them asking to speak to a manager. But he wasnt available and the person answering told me he would get Ismaeel to call me. I was his 'pal' as he referred to me. Ismaeel called me 30mins later asking me what I wanted telling me he hadnt received my email. He then said that he tried calling me on Sunday the 14th claiming my phone went on voicemail. I told him that I didnt get a missed call on my phone and if he did call then why didnt he leave a voice message, to which he answered it was busy on Sunday that's why. I put the phone down on him. I leave it to you to make up your own minds on how you think I have been treated by them.

Preston we were amazed by the amount of choice on display.

From the moment we entered the shop we were greeted by the friendliest of staff (Maz in particular) who had a wealth of knowledge and understanding of our needs.

Maz went above and beyond to help us with our choice and in no time at all we were underway with our order.
We have never received such attentive customer service with attention to every detail. Not only with our order but also with the after sales and pre-delivery, nothing was too much trouble, everything asked for was taken care of. Excellent service overall.

I would highly recommend anyone visiting this showroom to ask for Maz for professional advice with care and attention and with a great sense of humour added too. We are very happy customers and are extremely grateful for the time and help we received on our visit, we will definitely be back to see Maz for another project. Thank you Maz for making our visit a very enjoyable one.

We visited the Preston store earlier in the week. There was a vast choice of quality tiles, all at competitive prices. We found exactly what we wanted with the expert advice of Ishy whose customer service was excellent. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Rarely have we experienced such fantastic customer service.
The outdoor ceramic tiles arrived two days later, all as agreed, and we are thrilled with them.

I had the pleasure of meeting and being served by Ishy who is a credit to the company he is so knowledgeable and polite and helpful and absolutely no pressure unlike other showrooms I have recently visited who only want your money well done Ishy it was a pleasure meeting you forget the others Roccia are the best bar none

Had a fantastic experience in ROCCIA. They have an amazing selection, so much to choose from, you really are spoilt for choice. We worked with Ishy to find the perfect tiles for our garden project, the price was really competitive, and in fact, cheaper than some online stores we had looked at. Looking forward to taking delivery soon and getting the project started!

Roccia Preston has a beautiful showroom and tiles to match every budget. Its a vast space with plenty to look through but help is always at hand. The customer service i recieved was brilliant...i told them what i was looking for and they showed me various different styles/patterns etc inc the clearance section so its not just showing you the most expensive. They give you time and a personalised service. Very helpful. Would definetely recommend.

Visited the store in Preston with my daughter to look at tiles for a refurb of my en-suite. So much choice and so much help on hand. Ishy was able to assist with any questions and offer advice on the products available. He made what started off as a chore into a really pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks a lot Ishy.
