Give Andy, Mike and their team your business. Its rare these days you'll meet a business owner who contacts you because he's concerned his supply chain may be delayed - not only did Andy reach out but he also gave really good advice on how to order the Zurbaran from the same batch - so we don't get color differences we may not like - I like that - free impartial advice from a professional - Many thanks Andy and team - the tiles (Zurbaran Turquoise) arrived a day or two after order placed - easy tracking and a fab price. I had recently bought Vernisage Jungle design tiles from International Tiles & bathroom. Not only their price was the best by a huge margin, their service was par excellent. From the initial advice to the point of delivery, Mike from the sales team was very friendly, cordial and approachable. I needed some urgent aftersales service.

I'd skip the website and head to the Bridgwater store, where the customer service is fantastic. Chris was brilliant in giving us ideas when we weren't sure, and putting together tile sample packs for us. He showed us countless tiles and was helpful, very patient and cheery throughout. We are delighted with our tile choices and can't recommend Chris and the Bridgwater store enough.
