Great service and communication from a genuine person.. I only ordered 2m2 worth of tiles but I was given 5 star service .Great competitive prices ..speedy delivery I will definitely make them my first stop for tiles .

Tiles ordered gd quality and look great

Was a few tiles short for the bathroom,ordered on line and delivered the next day.

Ordered 2 sample Zurbaran vanilla tiles which arrived within a few days. I loved this slightly unusual tile - it has a vintage appeal and each tile has slightly different and interesting irregularities, which works well. I was almost put off ordering as the initial postage costs were extremely high (more than the tiles themselves!). However, after engaging with the very helpful Charley in Customer Services she explained that there had been an error in calculating the postage and this was adjusted. I placed an order of 45 tiles which arrived within a few days. Unfortunately, four of the tiles were broken but Charley offered to replace these if necessary, as we hoped to be able to use the broken tiles on cuts. I received 7 different designs in my order but not in equal quantities (this is made clear on the website). Design 1 - 5 tiles; Design 2 - 4 tiles: Design 3 - 5 tiles; Design 4 -12 tiles; Design 5 - 5 tiles; Design 6 - 4 tiles ; Design 7 - 10 tiles. If you are tiling a small area and want a good mix of tiles it might be best to speak to International Tiles before placing your order. The mix worked fine for us - we put the tiles up in a brickwork format, rather than stacking on top of one another in straight lines - we thought this layout worked best and are really pleased with the outcome.
I would have given 5 stars, but for the breakages and slightly flimsy box/packaging plus initial confusion over postage costs. Just one thing to add - the tiles are prone to chipping on the glazed surface when cutting - score the tile first and have a very good blade! The end result is definitely worth it.

Was trying to track down some 'Esmerelda' tiles for a bathroom splashback. These guys seemed good value, and the tiles were delivered very quickly (2 days). Excellent.

we have recently purchased floor and wall tiles from international tiles, Paignton. The showroom is well laid out with lots of choice. We visited a number of times over a few weeks whilst we made our decisions and at all times were given exceptional customer service. Nothing was too much trouble and no matter how many questions we asked we were always treated professionally and given as much time as we needed. Special mention to Sarah, Andy and Shaun who looked after us and gave us their expertise and guidance. we are really pleased with the final effect and think all the tiles looks stunning ....... thank you 😊

Great service from this new company in Melksham, huge range of different tiles in store with friendly knowledgeable advice from Martin & Chris. Our floor tiles had to be ordered as were out of stock but we were kept up to date with the delivery with no hiccups and they arrived early. So pleased with the end result and would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Myself and my husband decided to have a little look at some tiles for our bathroom and went to International tiles, from the moment we walked in the door I can honestly say the customer service was exceptional!! Nothing was too much trouble and they were extremely helpful. First we dealt Andy who was great and very helpful, we then popped back to place an order and this time we dealt with Shaun who again was extremely helpful, polite and friendly! We purchased our tiles and sorted our delivery, this was done by Shaun and another chap which was on time and professional done!!
I can not praise International tiles enough, the service is fantastic and every member of staff we dealt with went the extra mile for us
