The whole process from start to finish was seemless. We couldn't decide on the type of white marble veined tile we wanted, as there are so many to chose from. Samples arrived nicely packaged, followed by an email a day or two later to ask if they were suitable, which they weren't. We ordered more samples and eventually found one we liked. After care was great, service great, delivery on time, and most importantly the price was right without jeopardising on quality.

Purchased tiles based on photos and description as needed quickly. Unfortunately, when tiles arrived they were, apart from being filthy covered in black soot with many broken, poor quality and a different colour to photos and description, instead of beige they were grey and the print quality of the pattern was very poor. I emailed customer service on 16 October with photos and as of today (02 November) still haven't received a reply to that email. I followed up by calling the customer service telephone number numerous times and each time the person answering was very friendly and keen to help, but for whatever reason promises mostly didn't follow through or didn't get actioned further down the line, including request for quality team to review and consider if return postage should be covered. It took me three attempts to even get the return form. There is no return service option so it's just return at your own arrangement and cost even if you weren't sent what you ordered. I arranged return and received confirmation of safe delivery on Monday 27 October by the courier. I followed up by email to Tile Warehouse on 30 October, to ask for confirmation of receipt and an ETA of when returned tiles would be inspected but haven't received any reply. Based on other negative reviews, it might take several weeks before I hear back. (At the moment I'm still expecting to hear back but will update this review later if I don't) . I would have ordered replacement tiles from Tile Warehouse if they had resolved my issue promptly, but in the circumstances I ordered from another company I'd used before and trust. I would not recommend Tile Warehouse and wouldn't risk using them again.

I placed an order on 22 October, which was supposed to arrive by 27 October, but I never received it. Nobody from the company bothered to contact me, and when I finally called on 30 October, all I got was a quick “we apologise.”
I originally bought the item for about £11, but they later changed the price and told me they “don’t have it.” Now I’m stuck in the middle of a complete mess, with builders waiting because of their delay.
This company has been completely unreliable — no communication, no honesty, and no responsibility. I’ll never order from them again, and I strongly recommend others to avoid this company if you don’t want to deal with unnecessary stress and wasted time

I tried to cancel an order prior to delivery.
The person on the phone was clearly working from home and a young child's voice kept interrupting the call to the extent I couldn't hear what they were saying.
There was no apology for the interruptions.
I was advised delivery couldn't be stopped and to reject the tile on-site for them to be returned for a refund.
Not satisfied I contacted the courier directly to cancel delivery, which they did and they returned the items.
2 weeks since this happened the same person on the phone has failed to issue the refund. I'm advised the tiles need checking and haven't been received by the warehouse.
The courier had provided proof of delivery - in this case return- 2 weeks ago.
I am not bound by the performance or otherwise of a third party or courier in this instance and therefore consider failure to return my money unlawful.
The company have failed to acknowledge this and maintain this ever-extending, opaque returns process that has fallen outside if it's own timescales indicated.
It's remarkable that for something so simple, they've managed to create such a large problem without the ability to correct it.
I have no choice to start proceedings having exhausted every avenue to get my money back.
Needless to say, I would not ever buy anything from this firm again. The tile choice and pricing is irrelevant if the customer service is so appalling when you need them.
