AMAZING service from Steve, who delivered our Tiling Supplies Direct order. Steve text the day before to let me know he will deliver the following morning and at what time. The following morning, he called to confirm and showed up when he said he would. Steve was the best part of ordering from Tiling Supplies Direct, just wished there was more professional individuals out there, such as Steve.

As a DIY'er I had quite a number of questions during the purchase process and the Sales Manager Morgan always made himself available to take my call and help, which was a unique experience for me. Morgan also personally organised the delivery on a certain day and nothing was too much trouble.
Steve delivered the packages and always messaged ahead of time which was also very helpful and great service.

The delivery driver was awesome. Messaged Friday for Monday, came early so could get a hood days work in. The material was as required, but Steve was over and above!!

Return policy is usually builder friendly and honestly I was suppressed to find out that this shop operates on 14 days + 15% restocking after that. I paid £107 for restocking and don't think I will risk again.
