Ordered some tilebacker boards and some shower niches + accessories. Came within a day or so. Day of delivery had my phone on do not disturb and missed a bunch of calls from Steve the delivery driver. No problem he made it up to my door anyway. Prompt and great.

Delivery by Steve was out of this world! My best compliments for the super service.

The company has 5 stars for the price and customer service. As for Steve, 6 stars. It doesn't happen very often for the delivery person to be helpful and with a smile on his face!

Excellent service. Ordered online. Got messages from Steve the delivery driver the night before about an ETA. He was very accomodating to amend his route to deliver when I was home. Couldn't ask for better service especially from Steve with delivery updates.

I wanted to return a completely unopened bag of grout and exchange it for a different colour. They refused.

ordered tile adhesive and floor levelling on Friday afternoon. All products needed were in stock and at a competitive price. Was contacted by the company with a delivery time and date for the Monday. Steve, the delivery driver contacted me with his ETA and was on time and could not have been more helpful.

The service received from the TSD team was exemplary from start to finish, and even more noteworthy given that my order was very modest in value. I'm not a tradesperson and contacted the Customer Services Team on Friday morning as someone with no knowledge whatever of the product options for advice on the most suitable tile edging trim for our purposes. Rosena was quite simply superb. She asked a number of supplementary questions to fully understand our requirements, explained the pros and cons of the product I thought was suitable and then suggested a more suitable alternative.
Our tiler had called me just before to say that he was available to do the job the following day, Saturday. Rosena explained that they could, at extra cost, arrange 24 hour courier delivery but that it had not, on occasions, always been reliable. I took the chance and paid the extra cost, which doubled the overall cost of the transaction. Rosena emailed shortly afterwards to confirm that the order would be dispatched that afternoon.
Unfortunately the delivery arrived on Monday afternoon. I emailed Rosena to ask if the additional courier charge could therefore be refunded. By 10am on Tuesday morning Sarita in the TSD accounts team had arranged the refund.
Rosena and Sarita's professionalism and customer service has been exemplary and I have no hesitation whatever in recommending TSD.
