Dreadful unresponsive customer service
Dreadful unresponsive customer service.
From all the good reviews here it seems that the company usually does a good job but I wanted to make people aware that if anything is not right with your order the process of getting touch with them is impossible and ultimately fruitless.
I placed an order and despite receiving a dispatch notice, almost 10 days from placing the order it is not here. Now I fully understand that things go missing in the post so thought I’d reach out to Tilly & Jasper to get the issue resolved.
A quick check of my Royal Mail tracking number showed that they haven’t received the parcel so it seems not to have been sent.
I emailed them to ask what was happening, NO RESPONSE. Followed up my email a few days later NO RESPONSE. Messaged on Facebook messenger, NO RESPONSE. Called numerous times throughout this issue NO ANSWER.
I have had to resort to opening a PayPal dispute to get the issue sorted as I quite honestly can’t reach the business directly.
