Ordered a Big Agnes sleeping bag online, a really great option as I know the quality and warmth it offers.

My parents (overseas) got some climbing shoes for my son for his birthday. They turned out not to fit, so we returned them and requested the next size uo. Those arrived, with a nice note, just a couple of days later.

I bought some lovely, pink, Boreal children's climbing shoes for my niece from Little Adventure Shop. Postage was quick and the shoes were well packaged with a hand-signed 'thank you' on the delivery note inside- a nice personal touch.

This is a super company. The owner is hugely personable with excellent communication skills. When I ordered the wrong size gilet, she handled the exchange wonderfully. Very happy to recommend and will definitely shop here again.

I recently bought a pair of pink wellies, a snow hat and snow gloves for my 13 month old as we head into Autumn and Winter. This was my first purchase from this vendor and I was very impressed with my order. Within an hour of my order, my order despatched and it came the next day! I was not expecting that. There was even an hand written thank you on the invoice - always a nice touch. I was very happy with the service and the order was well packaged.
