Fantastic website and customer service
Fantastic website and customer service, I did originally order the jacket from another company who emailed me weeks later to say it was out of stock, this company’s website does an automatic stock take as the second I ordered I noticed the jacket then went out of stock. I will definitely order again, very happy and very happy with the product too.

Excellent customer service
We bought some Scarpa Neutron mid boots for my daughter. They're great! Unfortunately the toe bumper started to lift off the front of the boot - very unusual for a Scarpa product to be defective in my experience, but there you go. Contacted The Little Adventure shop and they promptly supplied a replacement pair. Very happy and will definitely shop with them again. Customer service has been first rate.
