I placed a order for a tilly pig and it never said it was out of stock and I paid for express delivery. So 10 days later I still don't have my parcel or my money back.
Trying to get any help with the customer service team is impossible. I will keep trying but I would warn anyone not to use this company cos the products don't come and the customer service is beyond rubbish.

Not as advertised. I sent several emails to customer service and never got any reply back. This company has no integrity and clearly don’t care about their customers. Had planned on ordering more for the rest of my nieces and nephews but won’t be a returning customer. Very disappointed and upset.
UPDATE: You’re reply is a joke. You replied to my email 3WEEKS LATER. That’s terrible customer service. You replied on Christmas Eve asking for photos of packaging that I no longer had seeing as how it was a present that was wrapped under the tree. How ridiculous! You did nothing to make YOUR wrong right. Instead you just try to blame the customer when you could just send the missing items in the mail and be done with it. You never intended on making it right. You just prove your lack of morals and integrity as a company and as a group of people.

I ordered a pig for a very special present. I expected my pig to be delivered within 5 days.
I received no email, no notification and no pig.
I received no reply to my enquiry email.
I finally got some answers via WhatsApp.
Apparently the pig was on back order. At no point was this clear whatsoever during the order process, had it been I would have ordered from somewhere else.
I was then informed that the pig would definitely be back in stock in a couple of
days, accompanied by an unnecessary
rude exclamation mark.
Several more messages requesting an update were not replied to.
Finally after 17 days I was informed there was an issue with back orders and received a refund.
1. Make it clear on your website if a product is out of stock
2. Sent an acknowledgement email on receipt of order
3. Don't use exclamation marks when replying to a genuine, fair, customer question
4. Aim to reply to emails within 48hrs
5. Don't make the customer feel like they are at fault.

After ordering a tilly pig for a birthday present, I found the pig had a few surface cracks. On contacting tilly pig, I was contacted back by Kat. I sent photos and the information she had asked for. Within twenty fours hours, a new pig has now arrived, perfect. Excellent customer service, very fast, very friendly, and the pigs are great for adults and children too. Would definitely recommend this company

I ordered a Tilley Pig for my nephews birthday on 31st of January. When I gave it to him, we noticed a crack the length of the pig. The company have been in touch since I messaged them and replaced the pig. There was an initial issue with contact which has been resolved. I am happy to say that the problem was dealt with swiftly and in a friendly way. Thank you

I now have three little Tilly Pigs for my granddaughters.
There was a slight problem with one little piggy. I contacted Tilly Pig and Kat contacted me. I sent Kat the details she needed and she very quickly replied and replaced the little pig by express delivery.
I now have a perfect little pig for my granddaughter, which I will give to her tomorrow.

Very disappointed in this company. I ordered a joker tilly pig back in July on pre-order. I finally received it at the end of September.
This was a Xmas gift for my friends son who loves the joker. Upon opening on Xmas day she informed me that the tilly pig had crack lines in the porcelain. The tilly pig was fully intact and not broken in any way shape or form. I took pictures and informed tilly pig they refused me to return and replace with a new one even though it was nothing to do with transit or how it had been handled. Purely bad craftsmanship and problems with the porcelain. Would never order again. So disappointed and very expensive piggy bank

Initially I was quite unhappy as both piggy banks I had ordered cam cracked, I spoke to Kat through the WhatsApp app and she rectified the problem right away by simply sending me out free replacements. I stumbled across this fantastic site by chance. The perfect gift for my new nephew. I ordered a Peter Rabbit piggy bank and he is fantastic. Unfortunately there was a small chip on his nose. I contacted the team via WhatsApp and received a reply from Kat straight away. Without hesitation she organised delivery of a brand new pig. The chip was just one of those things but the fact that it was dealt with swiftly and in a stress free manner has really impressed me. I will 100% order again. The pigs are beautifully made, definitely something that should be kept and passed down through the generations. If you are thinking about buying, just do it. Delivery excellent however retail box was dirty and scratched ( looked like it had been dragged around a warehouse floor). The pig itself - the printed Disney design was faded, stretched and looked nothing like the bright web images. The glazing was cracked in several places and the nose wasn’t painted properly and looked unfinished. The underside was covered in dirt marks on the rubber stopper.
Never been so disappointed to receive something. Wasn’t worth half of the £30 plus I paid for it.
Returned for a refund and won’t be coming back I’m afraid.
