Please remove Puerto Rico from the shipping option on your website, if its not available then don't have it as an option. I bought my favorite shoes with you guys, they broke and now i have no way of getting new ones because even when i'm trying to ship the shoes to my friends house in Florida it's not possible because the billing address is different. Puerto Rico is a U.S territory, you have it as a state on your store's webpage but when i call and ask you guys told me that you don't ship internationally? Very frustrating.

Be wary of sneakers from Tilly's
First would like to admit the first time I ordered from here, my order was stolen. Contacted them and was offered store credit. Not their fault, I blamed postal service. Second time, saw the same sneakers available and decided to reorder again. This time I paid to have my shipment delivered by a shipping company. However, I was so happy to receive it I didn't notice the quality right away. The adidas sneakers I received were of a cheap knockoff quality. No logo stamp on the bottom of the sneakers to indicate authenticity. The soles of the sneakers are thin and easily removable with the "logo" almost chipping off. The tongue of the sneakers is thin as a sheet. I've spent almost $60-80, on knockoff sneakers. Not satisfied.

Please don’t order from here. I was more than patient. I received multiple emails stating my delivery was postponed. I ordered a clothing item as a gift. After multiple days I was sent an email stating that the item was not available. I get that some times accidents happen but it is was quite some time until I got that email saying it wasn’t in stock. I called the customer service line and the gentleman on the phone was far less than helpful. He blamed it on the distributors and said he can offer me no assistance. I won’t be ordering from here again. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.

I went ahead and ordered clothes from here despite these bad reviews and I had no problem whatsoever! I had to pay $15 for fedex smartpost since I live in Hawai’i and was shipping to my PO box. Somehow fedex worked around it and shipped it as a 2-day package, so I literally got it two days after it was shipped. Everything was the right size, nothing was missing!! I don’t know what happened with everyone else but I am completely stoked with Tilly’s and am probably gonna order more stuff online from them. The only thing that tripped me out was the post office signed for it and didnt put it in my PO box until the next day so at first I thought fedex delivered to a wrong address and some rando signed for it. But when I went to check with the post office today the package was in my box!!! So I am super happy and hope that everyone else has as good of an experience as me!! I don’t normally write reviews but everyone’s hating on tillys and I had a really positive experience so wanted to share it.

BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
I ordered 3 items 1 week before Christmas, supposedly for 3 people on my gift lists. It shipped in a few days and I got my tracking #.
I haven't receive any notifications since then. Finally, when I tracked the package it says it was delivered on Saturday in front of our door. I was home all day Saturday and I have a screen door opened as well. Nothing was delivered to me. I immediately try to notify Tilly's by email since they are CLOSE on the week ends. Monday came and I tried calling them multiple times and it just kept on ringing. Mind you, I lived in California and they are local. After calling them different times in the day, I finally spoke to somebody at around 5pm. Told the lady what happened (she apologized, but she could only give me a ticket #). According to her someone will return my call within 24hrs. In addition, she said they've received many calls from customers saying their packaged said it was delivered by ONTRAC and they never got it as well. She thinks it's the shipping carrier issues. I waited 24hrs, I actually gave them 3 days before calling them back. Same problem, I couldn't get a hold of a live person after multiple attempts. This time, I'm really upset because it's already Christmas week. I spoke to a guy 2nd time around, I asked what is taking so long for them to respond. He then said, no one will call me but email me regarding the case and they are going to research it first which will take 2 weeks before they could decide if they will refund my money. I asked for a Supervisor and he would not let me speak to any. He said, if I can't wait that long file a refund through PayPal since I paid thru them. I'm extremely frustrated telling myself I will never ever order again at Tilly's online and warn my family and friends the unfortunate experience I had with them. I ended up opening a claim thru PayPal, but then again it took forever as well because they give the other party time to respond which took 10 days for Paypal to say they will close my case because Tillys never responded to the claim I had opened. Wow, this time more than 3 weeks passed. It's now January 13, 2020, Tilly's emailed me saying they will refund me the amount which will then take another 3-5 days for the bank to process. That's the 1 STAR I am giving them, that I am able to retrieve my money. I will never ever order again to Tilly's online nor conduct any business with them. This is a sad sad overall experience.

the absolute worst experience, please never order anything online from this website. I placed a $140 order on 12/1/19. Tuesday, 12/3/19 I received an email letting me know that my order shipped. Tillys provided me with a tracking number for FedEx. on Tillys website under my order status, it claimed that my order was shipped and received by the carrier (FedEx). however, when I tracked the status on FedEx's site, there was no movement on my package and FedEx claimed that they have not received the package from Tilly's. after 6 days of nothing being updated I became concerned and contacted Tillys customer service about the issue. they explained how there is nothing they can do until the 8th business day (12/12/19) and if I haven't received my package by then, to call back and file a missing package claim. it is now the 8th business day, I called back and had to file the package as missing. the customer service rep asked if I would rather have a refund put back into my account, or a reshipment of the items. I requested a refund considering the fact that every single item I ordered was a Christmas gift and half of the items are now out of stock. she also advised me that the investigation of what happened to my package will take up to 10 business days after I file my claim which would be 12/22/19. there is obviously no guarantee that my items will be delivered in time for Christmas or let alone delivered at all. if I have no update on my package or my refund by the 22nd, I will be calling again and DEMANDING my money back. fortunately, customer service was kind and helpful and overall didn't give me a hard time. after this incident, I did some research and found out that this happens to be a common occurrence to many customers who place orders on Tillys. this is an extremely frustrating situation considering the timing right around the holidays. after years of being a loyal customer to Tillys, I can promise you I won't be shopping here anymore. absolutely ridiculous that this is such a common occurrence with the same company. obviously, a change needs to desperately be made. to sketchy for it to happen this often... so PLEASE take your time to read this review and don't waste your time, money, or frustration trying to purchase items online from this company. chances are, they will not be delivered.

Poor return policy. We ordered a few items from Tillys and one of the items fit poorly and were too long. If you want to return the item they charge you $7, just to return it. You should be able to return items like any other normal stroe and just eat the cost of shipping and now they get your shipping cost and this fee. I will never order from Tillys again nor tell anyone to buy from them.
