Tillys treats thier employees horribly

Tillys treats thier employees horribly. I walked in to the huntington beach location hearing one of the managers yelling at thier minimum wage employees. Everytime I go in there they are disrespectful. Choose to shop somewhere else where employees are treated better.

Received my order of Rainbow…

Received my order of Rainbow Checkerboard VANS ~ the "white" parts of the shoes are GRAY. The checkboard colors are faded and scratched looking and the colors are strictly red, orange, yellow, and blue. LOOKS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THEY SHOULD AND I BELIEVE THEY ARE COUNTERFEIT AND NOT ACTUALLY VANS AT ALL .... RUN ~ DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS HORRID COMPANY!! I wish I could review with a zero star but that isn't an option (for obvious reasons with Tillys)

Sent wrong size THREE TIMES!!!!!!!!!

I have had to purchase the same pair of crocs three times. They have sent me the wrong sizes THREE times!!!!!!!!! I do not understand the problem... I ordered a size 10 and I have received a size 8 THREE TIMES OVER! I spoke with someone who ensured me this time would be different. I have had to return and repurchase these shoes over and over. I was promised free overnight shipping due to their mistakes and I never received that. What a joke!

HORRIBLE COMPANY

I ordered three pairs of underwear and a t-shirt for my son says the package was delivered on January 18th of 406 I checked all of my cameras around my house there was no delivery person even near my house at that time I called and spoke to customer service they said they were going to start an investigation with the delivery company which was on trac. I posted a note in my neighborhood Facebook page asking if anybody got the package by accident other people chimed in and said that they've had the same issue from Tilly's using the same delivery company so I called back again today and again just oh I'm sorry I'm sorry but nothing to actually resolve the problem not offering me a credit or to resend the items they're just keep saying that they have to complete their investigation would takes 8 to 10 days so in the meantime I'm screwed and my son doesn't get his stuff first and last time ever using this company they are trash

order a golf bag worth £285 - i am in scotland and got message to say delivered to Lebanon, no answer through the website emails which were not sending and no phone numbers found anywhere. 8 day shipping now on day 38 and no answers to any contact. I believe I have been well and truly stuffed on this one!

TERRIBLE!!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered four items back in July. They were horrible quality, so I returned them. For FIVE months the tracking number said it hadn't reached their facility. I emailed and spoke to FOUR different people, and they either told me they couldn't do anything because they hadn't received my package or saying they filed the issue with another service level within the company. It took me physically CALLING and becoming angry with someone for them to process my return. Right after I got off the phone, they were magically able to scan my returned package and process my return. Ridiculous!!!! Do not shop here, it is a scam!!!

Can't track your order!

I ordered some tops from here and I signed up to get notified by my number but once it said it got placed and order last week there hasn't been any change and it's been a 8 days. Won't let you see where your order is at just says that its in the same place as it was 8 days ago. I noticed that this is happening to a lot of people and it really sucks. Don't shop here if you want fast shipping!

I placed an order through PayPal with…

I placed an order through PayPal with Tilly’s, and after the order was complete they sent an email stating I still needed to complete the purchase. I contacted them stating I had already completed the purchase through PayPal. They told me they don’t have an order for me, and the money shouldn’t come out of my account. The money did come out of my account the next day so I contacted PayPal. PayPal shows there was a completed transaction so now I have to wait for a response from Tilly’s to get my money back. I will never order from again. I understand PayPal does have issues from time to time, but I’ve never had money come out of my account when a transaction wasn’t completed.

This company is a joke!

This company is a joke!! I ordered my son a board on Aug 19th. It sent me a text when it "shipped" but I was unable to track it. I notified their customer service and again got another "shipped" text. This time it stated it would arrive Sept 4th then it switched to Sept 8th. The order has NOT arrived and trying to get a hold of anyone is a joke!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!! They should be shut down for being a scam 😡

This is absolutely the worst

This is absolutely the worst! This was the first time ordering from this company and will be the LAST! I ordered two bathing suits for my daughter they said it would be here in 5-7 days ok, fine great. However I noticed only one had shipped and not the other, so I called to see why one was shipped and almost here, and not the other. The lady from customer service said well it seems to have been lost in transition. My response was ok well was anyone going to inform me of this or is it a guessing game? I was then told the order would be cancelled for the second bathing suit that was lost and credited back to my card. Then a couple days later I got an email and banking alert saying my card was charged for the bathing suit that was “lost in transit” I immediately called again spoke to another customer service rep asking why my card was charged for something that’s lost. She then told me I don’t know why the first person told you it was lost when it just left our warehouse, I cancelled the damn order since it was lost but they still continued to send it, then the bathing suit that was lost I was told would be here on Tuesday then tracked it now it’s saying Thursday. This company is awful and doesn’t know what they’re doing I will NEVER order from here again, worst service ever! I’d say the only reason they got a one star from me is so I can write a review other then that it would be a zero star!

I ordered some curtain lights to decorate my my room and I ordered them on June 4th and I was supposed to receive them on June 22. It is now July 1st and I still haven’t received my order. When I looked at other reviews I noticed similar issues.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER even after the tracking says delivered. Customer service will not work with me one bit. It seems like they just don't want to deal with the problem. My order was a very large order and have not received ANYTHING.

Terrible customer service. If you don't want problems DON'T SHOP HERE!

Great!

Every other review I’ve read says negative things about Tillys, but personally, it worked out great for me. I ordered a pair of Vans, and they shipped super quickly. When I opened them, I realized I ordered the wrong size (it wasn’t their mistake; it was mine). So I called them to ask about returns and the customer service was actually really great. I was able to return it super easily and everything worked fine.
