Obviously worn shoes sold as new

I just collected my order of three pairs of supposedly new Irregular Choice shoes, however one pair has obviously been worn as the soles are marked / worn, and both of the shoes themselves are badly creased. This is incredibly disappointing. I will try contacting the company but in the past their customer service have ignored any emails.

I went to the website then it told me…

I went to the website then it told me to spin a coupon after entering my email address which I didn’t even want to do. I couldn’t skip past the page so I did it anyway, it gave me 10% off and told me I had to use it within 30 minutes. I bought my shoes within 5 tried to use the coupon and it said that my $80 order was not enough to use the coupon. I didn’t even want to spin the wheel but after it wastes my time it didn’t even give me the 10% off

What a DISASTER. Avoid this site! [UPDATED]

What a headache. Purchased sunglasses in Nov 2017. By mid Dec 2017, the product hadn't shipped so I contacted TiltedSole. Received an email response with tracking info (for me to track!) that clearly showed that the product should have delivered 2 weeks prior and still had NOT delivered. After another two weeks, I emailed again asking for a replacement product or a refund to my credit card. After spending a half hour on the phone, rep agreed to give me a store credit for my purchase. They "coudn't" offer a refund to my credit card. Yes, Tilted Sole attempted to ship the product, but it never delivered to me and the tracking info showed just that. Any other company I usually buy from would have issued a refund or shipped out a new product. Tilted Sole would NOT issue a refund back to my credit card, nor would they try to resend the product on their dime. Instead, they issued a store credit, which I thought was good at the time bc I really wanted my sunglasses. Turned out (after a few more frustrating attempts at buying the sunglasses AND multiple emails back and forth) that that arrangement was NOT good for me. I had initially purchased the sunglases with a discount code, but their lame website only allows you to make a purchase with one code (which happened to be my "refund" store credit code). There's no way to stack a discount code with a code for a store credit. (So lame bc that made me miss out on a 20% discount!) After I came to the realization and I accepted the fact that I couldn't re-buy the sunglasses with a discount, I then realized that I would have to pay $6.49 shipping AGAIN (for a total of about $13 in shipping between my original purchase + this replacement purchase)! UGH. So, I had to contact Tiled Sole once again to complain that the make-good credit they issued did not cover me for shipping. Tilted Sole responded (nicely) and agreed to add $$ to cover my shipping but geez. Their site is set-up so no matter what, you cannot apply your store credit to cover their shipping costs! In this case, there was no way for me to get the sunglasses I had originally purchased but did not receive *without* incurring an additional cost. I ended up adding something I really didn't need just to avoid "wasting" some of my credit and still had to pay for shipping. I reallly should have just contacted my credit card company to get the refund on a product that never delivered. That would have been so much more efficient and worthwhile. Tilted Sole was appealing at first, but NEVER AGAIN will I use them. When making purchases online, I expect to receive my purchases. And if things don't deliver, I expect the ecommerce site to either issue a refund or replace the undelivered product at their expense. If you have the same expectations, avoid this site!

Update 2/8/17: DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!

Oh boy. So after re-buying the sunglasses AND adding shoe protector spray to my purchase (to take advantage of the store credit Tilted Sole had offered bc of the first un-delivery), my shoe cleaner delivers quickly BUT there are no sunglasses in the box. TS contacts me yesterday and requests that I call them back. Today, I'm now told that the sunglasses I wanted have a stain on them so if I purchase them (at a discount), they'd be final sale. GEEZUS!!! I only ordered the stupid shoe cleaner AND paid $6.49 shipping TWICE to get the darn sunglasses. I am so tired of wasting so much time dealing with this site so I demanded a refund to my credit card (i.e. no store credit bc I don't want anything to do with TiltedSole anymore). Thankfully, the rep approves the refund of the glasses and shipping from my ORIGINAL purchase, which means I end up walking away with shoe protector spray that I didn't really want in the first place AND had to pay $6.49 shipping for. (The cost of the spray itself is listed as $5.99 on their site.) NEVER AGAIN. If only they had given me my requested refund to my credit card in the first place, when my first purchase of sunglasses did not deliver. WHAT A DISASTER.

REPLY TO TILTED SOLE RESPONSE FROM 2/9/18: Yes, you did give me the shoe cleaner to me as a "courtesy" as well as covered the shipping cost but really -- was there even a "right" option for you? I do appreciate the timeliness of responses on this site and to my inquiries directly to TiltedSole, but this really all boils down to a website or policy on your part that did not give a refund to a purchase that never delivered in the first place. Even though TiltedSole made an effort to ship my originally purchased sunglasses to me back in November 2017, it certainly is NOT my fault that the shipment was never completed by the carrier you chose. Did TitledSole think it would be right to have me, the customer, assume the cost related to that missed shipment? Or did you think that the customer should file a claim against the carrier that you chose? Oh please. The package was not stolen from my doorstep. It never delivered and the tracking info showed just that. More reason for people to go with established vendors and sites that actually have the capability to apply a store credit to shipping costs, or even to apply a store credit AND a discount code that was advertised as I was shopping on your site! SMH

Update to your update, you were given the shoe cleaner for free as a courtesy your order was fully refunded including the shipping fee paid, this was mentioned to you yesterday. We sincerely apologize that our item did not pass quality assurance you did purchase the last item and there was no other item to replace it with. Please check your account for the total reimbursement of the order given to you allow 3-4 business days to see the refund posted back to your account.

Overcharged $54.00 Would not apply coupon given. Advised twice coupon could be used. Third phone call said it would not be accepted. This website is a scam . Do not order from them. Buyer beware. Would have returned if I had known. SCAM!!!!!!

Horrible service

Horrible service. This place sucks, stick me without a gift for my wife on her birthday! Luckily I contacted them asking why I haven’t heard back in almost 3 weeks. They said “we do apologize”. Crap! Doesn’t put a gift in my wife’s hand on her special day. Kind of screwed me and made me look bad

WRONG COLOR!!

I ordered the Cape Robbin furry boots, size 8, in the color BLACK about 2 weeks ago. I received my package about a week later. I was super excited about the shoes. When I got my package, the box had all the correct information (size, color, style), but when I opened the box, my shoes were BROWN. I was upset at first because it was NOT what I originally ordered, but I've grown to love the brown color. I honestly believe this was a simple mistake and I haven't returned them because I like the brown shoes better.
