Shoes arrived quickly and were in perfect condition and fit perfectly! Love love love!!

There is usually an authentication sticker on the bottom of one of the UGGs. There wasn't one on either pair. On the other pair I bought there was clearly some sort of sticker that had been removed. Shipping time was pretty good, however, the package arrived with a large slit in it and the (cellophane of the) shoe box subsequently had been split also.

Was the only site to actually have the shoe I wanted and the size I needed. Thank you guys and gals, Cheers

Customer service takes awhile to answer the phone, but they are friendly.

They also only offer free shipping for returns and exchanges if you're a first time customer. It's an online shoe store and no one is the same size shoe across brands and shoe types. How are you supposed to know if the shoe fits without trying it on? My original order shipped for free because it was more than the minimum required. Yes, I was able to choose whatever carrier I wanted to ship the shoes back, but shipping prices are based off weight and I wasn't shipping a shirt back.

I'll only order from them again if it's a shoe that I know will fit without any issue.

I was looking for a specific shoe. And this website seemed to have it. Once I seen that lock on the link I knew I could trust them. This is a legit trusty worthy website. Now I’m just going to wait for my package and hope they fit perfect!

The worst experience ever ordering something online. I ordered a pair of shoes in a size 8.5 and I got a pair with a box that states 8.5 but the left leg is a size 8 while the right leg is a size 7.5. So disappointed!

Been 10 days haven’t received tracking label or any email updating me on the status of my order. Contacted customer service and I’m still waiting for them to get back to me. At this point I’m going to just cancel with PayPal. Been wanting to order for years suck this is my first experience. Oh well won’t be shopping here again.
