Good Pergola for the money

Easy purchase and delivery. Good solid piece of kit that assembled easy . Didn't like the corrugated roof so flat EPDM roofed it. Still worked out cheaper than other competitors.

Hi Sally,

Thank you so much for your positive feedback! We’re thrilled to hear you're happy with the quality and feel that it offers great value for money.

We also appreciate your understanding about the few warped beams – the hot weather can sometimes affect wood during storage prior to assembly and we’re glad we could resolve any issues quickly for you.

We’re happy the product looks great and that everything is working out! If you have any further questions or need anything else, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Best regards,
Paul

Gazebo - Looks good in the end, but had to replace warped beams

Delivery was good and in time, but there were parts missing. (So my first build plan had to be postponed whilst waiting for missing bolts).
The timber was stored carefully and dry, but when building the frame, I realised some of the wood beams (including the main ridge-beam) were twisted or warped. I had to buy replacement timber as it was obvious it would never join correctly. The main posts were split quite badly - but I decided to live with this, as would have been far too costly to replace. (I worked around this by cutting down the height - which to be fair, worked well for our location anyway).
I was also surprised to find many parts that were not 'pre-drilled' and I had to buy extra length drill bits to cater for this.
That said .. Now it's up .. it does look great, and is very substantial.
So my summary is: Good product, but check contents and timber thoroughly before expecting to build easily.

Hi Pete,
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. We’re glad to hear that delivery was prompt and that the finished build looks great and feels substantial — that means a lot to us.

We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with missing screws and the condition of some of the timber. Timber is a natural material and, unfortunately, extreme heat or dry weather can cause it to twist, warp, or split — especially if it’s stored for even a short time before use. That said, we understand how frustrating it must have been to adjust your build plans and replace parts at your own expense.

We truly appreciate your flexibility in working around these challenges and still managing to achieve a great final result. If you haven’t already, please feel free to get in touch with our customer service team with your order details — we’d be happy to help however we can.

Thanks again for your honest feedback — it’s invaluable in helping us improve.

The company use renderings for photos

The company use renderings for the photos therefore what you ordered doesn’t look 100% like what you get.

The product brought was 3m deep. The corrugated roofing supplied was 2m long. The photos clearly show the roofing 3m long.

Refund was offered just for the roofing. policy states the return at my expense.

Disappointed with product. Company have good communication they answer emails promptly, even if the answers not what you want to hear.

Product arrived in back of a van not a lorry

Dear Jason,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations.

We do our best to accurately represent our products, and we appreciate you pointing out where improvements can be made. We understand your concerns regarding the roofing length and your perception of the differences from the photos. While we use renderings for illustrative purposes, we strive to ensure all key product specifications are as accurate as possible.

We always use 2-meter corrugated sheets which are designed with overlapping in mind, allowing flexible configuration across our range of pergola sizes and ensuring proper weatherproofing and coverage. We do not offer 3-metre length roof sheets and it's also worth noting that your preference for 3-meter-long sheets would not provide the necessary overhang beyond the roof eaves at the front of the structure. Without this overhang, water could have dripped directly onto the frame or even inside the structure. The 2-metre overlapping system helps prevent this by offering extended, weather-resistant coverage.

Regarding our returns policy, we offer a 30-day returns and refund window for every customer, which applies to the full purchase and not just individual components such as the roofing. We aim to make the return process as fair and straightforward as possible.

We're pleased you found our team responsive and additionally, we use vans for the majority of deliveries as they allow us to access a wider range of property types, especially in residential areas where larger lorries may struggle with access or parking. Our goal is always to deliver safely and efficiently.

Your comments have been shared with our product and logistics team to help us continue improving clarity and customer experience.

Thank you again for your honest feedback.

Warm Regards,

Paul
