The delivery took a while to Canada but it was definitely worth the wait! The bag was exactly what I was hoping for and the packaging was so adorable!

Arrived almost two weeks late, and got a response very late after writing to them where my package was. When received, the leather bag strap was all bent thigh - leaving it permanently like that now.... no info or paper in the package, leaving me thinking is this a real designer bag?

Purse is in excellent condition as stated on the website and came at a great deal- i will always buy vintage over now. Good price and good quality!

I would definitely recommended buying TV thanks to their great communication and quick delivery. Also the necklace I've bought is in perfect condition. I can't even believe that it's from early 90's.

Absolutely awful. Bag arrived around 2 weeks late and when I want to refund no one is replying to my emails and I’ve contacted them on both their info and sales emails multiple times. Customer service is non existent. Please just save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere!!!

Love my Bottega purse. Came as described and was even better condition that i expected it to be. Delivery was late a couple of days however i couldn't fault their communication post purchase.

Purchased a LV Speedy 35 in excellent condition!! it's like brand new. They shipped it quickly. This is my 2nd purchase from them & i will continue to use them!!

Item never arrived after 7 weeks, ignore emails.
Which is a shame , as I would have liked to of purchased more items.

Avoid this company. They will ignore your emails and never send your item. I'm so angry with the level of customer service, it's clear they are a complete scam and I will be pursuing this formally if my items aren't sent immediately.

The experience with Timeless Vintage was very good. The bag was sent quickly and arrived within 7 days! During the process I received updates by email. I was very happy with the condition of the bag.

The wallet I ordered was in perfect condition and the process of ordering, payment and shipping was very good. I like the fact that their prices include any taxes or duties, rather than being faced with unexpected costs like i have had before from a couple of alternative companies.

I had some problems with my first order but everything was resolved and my emails were listened to. Good cummunication very understanding and very nice.
