I purchased this as a gift and it arrived on time and in perfect condition. It was exactly as described in the description.

Does not respond to emails. I haven't received confirmation that the parcel has been sent, and it's a month since I ordered.

I purchased this bag as a gift for my wife and worried it wasn’t going to arrive on time. I was assured via email by Emma that it would and a few days later it arrived, as described. Great value for the price and good service.

Total scam. Do NOT buy anything !!!I ordered an LV bag before the holidays. "Based" on the pictures, ser# & their claim EVERYTHING they sell 100% authentic I made the purchase. After several weeks the item arrived. Totally different bag than advertised, different Ser# that doesn't even exist in LV codes, and located in the wrong location on the bag. We did a search on line and other bags were listed for sale with the same time stamp. Timeless response was other bags can have the same stamps, wrong!! Timeless told me they can't "guarantee the bag you get is the bag listed" because of the high volume they sell. Lastly, they have a 14 day return policy that if not returned back you're out of luck with a refund. Also, no letter of authenticity comes with it.

If I could rate no stars, I would. They’re scammers.. you will order a bag, get no reply when you send multiple emails to track and then the bag will never arrive. So disappointed they completely ruined my Christmas and now I’m going to have to go to my bank to get a refund

firstly can clearly see this as the one ordered has distinct writing inside ,

The quality of the item sent reflects items of a much lower price , completely ripped in some places , coated in stains on the bottom/base ,

We have attempted contact multiple times without acknowledgment or response
Soon I will have to contact my bank and trading standards.
Someone needs to look into this, I want my money back, not even worth the aggravation of trying to get the actual bag I ordered! , I’ve ordered from here before and had no issues, being a return customer I am so disappointed as it’s not the service I was expecting, not sure what’s happened to this company but it’s going down hill,

I ordered 3 bags for gifts on the 7th of December to be told today my booking was cancelled upon purchased but I never got an email. I am confused to why all 3 bags are cancelled. I am gutted this is so close to Christmas. I had to email twice till I got a response as it’s been 2 weeks since ordering. I have had no refund in my account. Please can somebody contact me today as I will be taking legal action if I hear nothing from this reply.

I placed an order on 27th of November , it's 20th December today and I still haven't received it .
I sent out several emails and been told that it's on they way and will get to Uk by midweek ,then another week and still nothing .
It's a Christmas present and I guess it won't be here before 24th as no response again this week and no tracking .

More likely will be cancelling it now or sending back asap contacting the bank , because I'm not happy with this service ,absolute joke .

I have bought vintage louis vuitton items from this seller on multiple occasions and they have always been amazing! My most recent purchase was an ultra rare piece that is in great condition and was an absolute steal! This seller has some absolute gems at great prices! Some items have some wear but this is to be expected with vintage items. I am flabbergasted by some of the negative reviews as I have never had any issues with this seller and as I before mentioned, I have bought several items with no issues, delivery has always been fast and excellent communication. I can’t wait for my next purchase!

Totally scammers. I ordered a Vintage Louis V bag - firstly they sent me the wrong bag - it was awful !! After two weeks of chasing for my correct bag they just refunded me and said nothing. Terrible customer service run by chavs

Company is non responsive and after 28 days there is still no tracking available for my order. I will be reporting this company.

We ordered a bag over a month ago but haven’t received it. We have had email contact with Cieran who promised delivery no later than 21st September, which has not been met.

Very happy with the bag I bought from the store, it’s in excellent condition and exactly as it was described. Fast delivery too. The seller was very kind and answered all my questions. All in all I’m very pleased with the service, I will definitely be purchasing again and 100% recommend to others

What raised my initial concern was that the company gave me a tracking number on PayPal the day after I bought the item which said a package which wasn’t mine has been delivered. I contacted Timeless Vintage on WhatsApp and they let me know that they’re having issues with Paypal. I can say that the company were very responsive throughout the delivery process and my bag came within the 14 day period that they claimed it would take. The bag did not come in any fancy packaging but the bag is beautiful and exactly as described. I think I was worried after reading all the bad reviews on trustpilot but I can say that they did response to all queries I had through WhatsApp and gave me a tracking code once the item arrived in the UK. Thank you to Cieran who has been so helpful with all my WhatsApp messages! I would definitely purchase again.

I ordered a handbag on the 4th July. I still have not received my order nor have I had an update about a timeframe.
On the ‘shop’ app it said it had been shipped but tracking information was unavailable and on my account on the Timeless Vintage website, it just says that my order has been fulfilled.
I cannot tell you the amount of emails I have sent to the various addresses on their website. I have still have had no reply from anyone!
I think I will be contacting my bank for support next week.
Not a good experience!

Bought a notebook from here and had a chaotic experience. Firstly i ordered the notebook on Thursday the 20th in the pm didn’t get an email confirmation until I emailed the company on Friday which they claimed it would be sent Friday and delivered Saturday on a next day delivery. But Thursday the following week still nothing I tracked the item with the information they gave me but it was delivered to London. During this time I constantly was in contact with customer service. I contacted PayPal for a refund as I didn’t have faith in the company. They then told me they can send it on a next day I said yes they said reorder it and we will post it. I wanted the item as it was a gift so I reordered, for them to tell me the one I ordered was no Longer available so I took a different brand one anyway as assured it would look nice. However the price had increased from 35 to 39 which I wasn’t happy about, then when the package came it was in an envelope, no fancy packaging no branded box. So overall not a reliable company to buy from and I wouldn’t use them again. But if I could say a positive it would be they replied to my emails promptly.
