I ordered a hoodie 6 months ago and still didn't receive my package. It was sent through Ascendia to a different country than I reside in. They lied about which delivery they use on their website(they stated DPD and DHL). Customer care replied after a long time and didn't seem to care about the situation. They delete every single negative comment from Instagram. Don't buy anything from there because you won't get your package, nor money back.
I ordered a hoodie 3 months ago and I still haven’t received anything not even information about my order. I tried to reach their pages, texted their e mail and still nothing. It’s not only me who has this problem but also other customers. Check comment’s underneath their pinned post.
