Ordered on Black friday sale. Never got a shipping confirmation and never received the package, Mails and DMs get ignored.

It's a scam
I ordered a hoodie 6 months ago and still didn't receive my package. It was sent through Ascendia to a different country than I reside in. They lied about which delivery they use on their website(they stated DPD and DHL). Customer care replied after a long time and didn't seem to care about the situation. They delete every single negative comment from Instagram. Don't buy anything from there because you won't get your package, nor money back.
