A year ago I ordered a black yeti…

A year ago I ordered a black yeti jacket, got a white one delivered with an adress label of a guy in Rome, while I live in NL. they offered to send the black one after I returned the the white one, but they did not want to pay for the returncosts. Weird, but still I did… Now, a year later after about 100 emails, I’m still waiting on my delivery. Nothing but excuses for the delay, I’ve been offered a million dogchains as a make up for the inconvenience, but I want the jacket, ór my money back!!
Be warned to place an order at these Nobodies!

sent wrong size and bad customer service

I bought a $350 bomber jacket and it looked good when it came but the size was not what I ordered. I email customer service and they said they could exchange if a shipped it back and they would reimburse my the shipping cost. I shipped it back for $100 and send them the receipt. Then they ghosted me (stopped responding) and the package came back to me unopened. I could have saved $100 if they just said they don't do exchanges from the beginning (or just sent me the right size). Very unprofessional especially for the price point.

Getting scammed in broad daylight.

Bought a hoodie, brand owner trying to scam ?!

So i bought a zip up hoodie for 140€ shipping (by DHL Premium) included.
2 weeks after the purchase the item is "shipped" without any tracking ID ? How weird, so i contact the guy by emails (never received any responses) and by instagram. He answered very fast via instagram and then ghosted when i asked for tracking ID how strange again isn’t it ?
Since then i never received any news about it despite sending multiple messages. again, no answers.
I filed up a chargeback with my bank to get my money back, of course, and you know what ? The brand owner is CONTESTING the chargeback ?! This has to be the most ridiculous thing i’ve ever experienced purchasing clothes or any kind of service in general.

Conclusion : Never buy from this scammer.

Don’t order you won’t receive goods

I ordered a hoody for my son last November 2024. It cost £189 and it has never arrived.
I have had nothing but excuses from them. I would recommend that you don’t buy from them as you will be very lucky if you receive your goods

This is the worst brand I have ever…

This is the worst brand I have ever seen.
No customer service - they do not reply to Any way of communication.
Product purchased over 2 months ago still hasn’t been shipped, and just received the update it will be delayed… again! Not to mention that as an apology they will give ma some chain, with the next order. Joke! I am thinking of reporting this scam to police

not a good thing to say so far

placed my order on nov 29th, was supposed to ship whithin 30-45 days, meaning from the end of december to mid january. this is already a very long delivery time yet they still managed miss the deadline by quite a significant margin. writing this on january 28 (60 days from purchase) and they still havent shipped. not only this, but customer service is non existent. I want to put emphasis on this because it takes nothing to just answer an e-mail, or communicate via social media. this just shows both a lack of effort and customer care. they rely on their pretty instagram posts to lure customers in with a luxurious aethetic, but let me tell you there is nothing luxurious or premium about this brand. fake deadlines, complete lack of care, terribile customer service, terrible shipping. basically, you're paying premium prices and getting nothing for your money.
