Tim and Tristan are the best car dealers I have ever dealt with. They are clearly enthusiasts and pick some great cars, not any old rubbish to make up numbers. The whole process from booking an appointment to delivering the car was seamless. There were no high pressure sales and they let me go over the car and test drive it in my own time.
They sorted out a couple of issues before delivery and dropped it off at my house when ready.
Extremely helpful with a warranty issue that arose and took the stress out of it.
I can't recommend them enough for being so helpful and so pleasant to deal with. I would have no issues buying another car from them again.

Probably the best car purchasing experience I've had. I'm pretty old school and prefer to view and test-drive before committing to purchasing although online purchase and delivery were options.
I was travelling from Reading by train so Tristan arranged my picked up from Cardiff station.
The vehicle condition lived up to my expectations having viewed the professional level photos on the web-site. Tim and Tristan were friendly and informative.
Their Website is easy to navigate and contained the necessary information I required.
During my inspection I identified a problem with one of the heated seats. Tristan arranged for this to fixed by Mercedes prior to me collecting the vehicle.
Fully satisfied.

Would I make a purchase from Tim Hayward Car Sales again, certainly.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, I didn't buy a car from the guys but they've been brilliant so still wanted to review my experience. Not the stereotypical sales people everyone talks about, after telling them about a horror story I had buying a car from elsewhere earlier in the year the guys at Tim Hayward were the complete opposite, couldn't be more helpful, arranged an appointment to come and look at a car which was ready to go straight away as soon as I arrived, it wasn't right for me, based on personal preference, not a reflection of the car at all, they let me test drive two other cars and spent time with me to go through the finance options and warranty options, although this wasn't pushed onto me, I asked about this as an extra. I didn't buy the car as the finance deal didn't fit in my budget, the downside of buying a slightly older car, I've found their prices are definitely competitive when compared to some of the other dealerships around the area.

Good communication, did what he agreed to do prior to purchase. Met at train station on day of collection, vehicle was as described.

Months of problems and stress after buying a car from here! The car was faulty! They took my car back to “fix” it….was still faulty. They wouldn’t give me any information or proof of what they had done to the car. I ended up losing thousands, they only care about profit!

Stay away from them.

The car was presented in superb condition inside and out and drove really well, completely belying the age of the car. Tim and Tristan were friendly, knowledgeable and first-rate to deal with.
Unfortunately the car experienced a problem due to a faulty battery on my journey home (several hundred miles), but Tim was able to assist in getting me going again over the phone, and had the battery replaced under warranty with no quibbles.
Over a thousand miles later I am still delighted with the car and would recommend Tim Hayward Car Sales wholeheartedly. I would definitely buy from them again.

Straightforward car purchase. Tim agreed to have the car serviced, replace 2 tyres and obtain a second key. all these were done - although the second key took months due to the Jaguar dealer being very slow. Tim also paid for a module that was needed to match the new key - which wasn't cheap. Recommended.

I bought a BMW 3 Series from Tim Hayward car sales and dealt with Tristian, They really did make me feel at ease, working in the Car sales myself I was expecting some sort of sales tactic but nope, The choice is completely up to yourself and if you do need a hand or have a question they're always willing to help, The car I bought is immaculate for age and millage, I would use them again for sure and also recommend to family and friends !!! Dealing with Tristan at Tim Hayward car sales has to be the best independent dealer experience I've had (and I've had a lot). These guys know and love cars!

I purchased a 2011 Mazda 3MPS in time warp condition with only 25k on the clock. All the car needed was a replacement drivers side wing mirror due to having a cracked housing. The mirror cost £350 but was ordered by Tim Hayward cars direct from Japan, via Mazda and has arrived as promised. The car is now like new again.

I recently bought a used top quality used X3 which was delivered to my door and Tristan was a star from from start to finish. Nothing too much trouble, honest, simple process and nothing pushy all, which was great. From looking at there stock and from talking to Tristan they seem to source top quality used cars from various sources and is more time consuming but its good for consumers and for the dealer for there continued successful long term business with many repeat customers. The have the best flexible warranty and with almost all 5 star Trustpilot reviews I think that says it all in deed. I would recommend anybody looking for a quality used car give them a go first. Tristan with whom I dealt with went above and beyond in buying my mid life crisis car .He was an absolute gent and haven’t met such an honest car salesman in my 48 years !Great after sales service too which imo is so important! If you want an honest,no pressure and relaxed car salesman, look no further.I travelled 500 miles ( round trip)to purchase my car and would not hesitate in doing so again if they had a car I wanted in the future.Love my car and got a very good PX price for my old one. Just bought an Infiniti QX70S from Tim and traded my Mercedes in and what I liked was there was no pressure from him and very helpful with everything, even down to I dropped my phone in one of the cars and he delivered it to my house. I have nothing but praise for the way I was dealt with.

The car was valeted and serviced as promised in the agreed timescale. It looked stunning. All of the transfer documents were completed for us which made the whole transaction easy.

As with most reviews from first phone call and reserving my chosen car first class service deposit taken car held until we could get to view.
The car was presented in top condition as advertised and no pushy sales people.viewed car and test drove at our leisure .we left without buying the car but service from the guys was top notch Thank you Both. Deposit returned into bank within 24 hours as promised .Hats off to you.

I enquired about a Isuzu vehicle and the advert said 1 owner but it was 2 . The price on the website said it was for sake at £8995 approx but when I went to the garage, the windscreen said £19250 !!! The advert said Tax Group A hence 0 tax where in fact it was approximately £300 !! The owner promised to get back to me the next day but guess what? He didn't bother to phone back and sold it before I could see it . I don't recommend this back street garage at all. High mileage stuff . Avoid.

Very straight forward process, this was one of the easiest used car purchases I have had in 25 years and they even put branded new rear tyres on for me because they weren’t happy with the originals. I would highly recommend them.

Just bought a low mileage Jaguar XF that was in immaculate condition. I got a fair part ex price for my BMW X3 even though it requires attention.
Tim and Tristan were fantastic do deal with, not pushy just professional. Little bit of a haggle so both parties could get to the numbers we wanted to be at then a handshake and drove the car home. Delightful experience. Would strongly recommend them.

A very laid back, low pressure sale. Was handed the keys, told to take as long as I wanted on a test drive, then afterwards we talked about the car, its history and how they’d prepare it. Liked the car, very well presented and paid a deposit. The car was serviced, MOT’d and ready a few days after agreeing to buy. Am very happy and would definitely recommend buying from Tim Hayward Cars - a pleasure to deal with.

I called in to view a bmw 330d modern at TW Hayward, Tristan was very pleasant and showed me around the car and explained all the options that had been added. I was offered a test drive however on this day I did not have time. I phoned a few days later and they agreed to hold the car until I had test drove it. The car was faultless and they arranged for a new mot and for the car to have the intercooler recall carried out at Syntner before I took delivery.
At no time was there any pressure to buy, just a friendly chat about the car and it’s engine.
I would not hesitate in recommending this dealership to friends and family.
If there is a car on their site that is of interest, it would well be worth a visit!
