I bought my car over the telephone without seeing it in person and I would never normally do this , but I was so reassured by the conversations I had with Tristan I went ahead and paid a deposit . The car turned up as arranged delivered by the very nice Peter . The car goes far beyond my expectations . I was prepared so well and looked superb ! Thank you so much I’m delighted

now retired,and fed up of old man's diesel Mercs I decided to excercise my entitlement to a late life crisis car...discovered a 350 AMG SLK at Tim Hayward,s Made an appointment to view..the vehicle was better than described on the Autotrader blurb.Did the deal yesterday,car was serviced this morning and delivered to Swansea this evening.You can't get better service than that!!

Tristan at Tim Hayward Cars Sales provided exceptional levels of service, care and attention, where nothing was too much trouble and where excellence of product, communication and helpfulness are the norm. It's a fine line to tread between being pushy and indifferent but it was a line that Tristan consistently and unfalteringly walked with complete assurance and aplomb. Over more years than I care to remember, I've must have bought more than thirty cars but, never before have I encountered such a completely hitch-free, "can-do", enjoyable experience than the one I was fortunate enough to experience from Tim Hayward Car Sales. I don’t normally write reviews, but promised myself I definitely would after the experience I had purchasing our vehicle with Tristan at Tim Hayward Car sales. I didn’t get round to writing the review straight away, which has allowed me to see their aftercare which has been amazing. We purchased a Volvo XC90 and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Tristan gave us exactly the right amount of attention we needed, let us test drive a few different cars and was a pleasure to deal with. He clearly enjoys his job, is enthusiastic relaxed and not pushy at all. He was able to secure low rate finance options for us quickly and efficiently and very relaxed with giving us the time we needed to come back on our final decision. We were offered a good part exchange price for our existing car and the entire process was made extremely easy and quick. The car was detailed and presented to the highest standard when picked up and we have been very happy with the purchase. After having the car for a week we noticed that one of the heated seats did not work. I contacted the team at Tim Hayward and they were brilliant. They invited me back immediately and then arranged for the car to be fixed. They provided me with courtesy car and kept me updated with progress on my vehicle and even sent the car to the Volvo dealership to ensure the best people looked at the problem. I would definitely recommend to anyone to considering buying from them. 5 stars well earned !!

A couple of little things to sort on the car, which were sorted in a very hassle free way, and a good quality courtesy car provided. These guys understand customer service.

it is the first time buying a car online. The car I got is in excellent condition. Very happy about the service. Although there was delayed delivery time, but Tristan always inform you ahead. Peter the delivery man did a good job too, driving my car all the way from Cardiff to London. I would highly recommend them and will try to get my next car from them

Great experience from getting pick up at the station from Marvin to seeing Tristan at the show room gave me lots off time to look at the car with the keys as they did there work I asked Marvin some questions about the car I purchased he was not sure but found out straight away and answered not pushy Or giving the big sales talk great job buy them lads well done . I did say when leaving I did not want to see them again until buying a car again off this team would recommend and use again .
