I’m disappointed that the food prices have kept rising again and again within just a year. I’m from Manchester, and Tim Hortons used to be a great place to get a breakfast bundle for around £5, including a medium coffee. However, in less than a year, the price has gone up from around ~£5.0x to ~£5.24, which makes it far less competitive. In my opinion, it now feels worse value than other options, especially when similar breakfast choices elsewhere are priced competitively and often come with rewards or member benefits. Tim Hortons does have app-based rewards and offers, but despite that, I no longer feel it offers the same value for money as before.

Only con is that the 'order ready' display usually shows the numbers before the order is actually readied, which makes us all stand and wait next to the collection point. Guess it has to do with stores' aimed delivery time. I actually prefer the screen shows the reality, even if the waiting time is longer than expected due to high volume of customer.

Touch screens are fine but DONOT offer the 'double stack' offer deal meal"<< Always have to ask for it or use the drive thru? WHY? You promote it on the screens why not be able to order it like anything else?
Its as if they want to promote it but you have to ask for it you fat bastard attitude etc. aka they do not really want to give you that extra bit of cardboard meat etc.
Personally i enjoy their coffee and in the summer time the frappes, mochas,ice-caps etc, etc.Save up my stamp card from breakfast stamps for them when gets hot!
The breakfast wrap and muffin deals i enjoy but thats the only food i ever order as the rest is utter crap!
Well their toastie is alright.
Regarding the muffin, its as enjoyable as a Mc Muffin etc but Mc.Ds have the better hashbrown i feel!
For the price, the double meal deal offer is great but if it went much higher ,would not bother with them anymore as MC.Ds has gone up! Oh well back to porridge then .....once a week treat maybe!
Oh the ParkRoyal one ! The carpark on a Saturday but especially Sunday morning is shocking!! Their packaging as rubbish is everywhere! NO BINS and clientele to lazy to put rubbish in a bin, just drop by car!! Tatty 'urgently needs re-tarmac done, especially the drive thru at Tim Hortons as i don enjoy the 'off-country 4x4 ' experience of dips and downs to collect a coffee or meal deal!
Appalling place with no quality attached to service
Drive-thru intercom system never works so I ordered in-store for a take-out meal at a ‘quiet’ time - there were more staff than customers - but order took a very long time to arrive and people who ordered after me were being served before my order was ready. When it did arrive and got home I found items missing. Can’t offer Hortons any direct feedback (which they ask for) as the ‘survey code’ on the receipt isn’t recognised by their website!. Absolutely horrible experience and I won’t be going back.
It’s Better Than Most!
Just want a shout out to Louise at the Watford
Tim Hortons. Nothing is too much trouble for her, she’s friendly, diligent, keeps everything spotless, and is a credit to the company!
I’m kind of shocked by the bad revues of Tim Hortons on here, let’s face it, by it’s very nature, not sure there is ever going to be a ‘best’ fast food outlet, but in my opinion, it’s up there with the best ( maybe the best of a bad lot? Who knows, lol) It’s sad, but reading some of these reviews, I guess people may actually prefer the hard plastic seats and cardboard food at Mackie D’s!
Not Tim's the way it should be
Tim hortons is for coffee and donuts only. Every other product has been meh in every country its served in. Avoid the disappointment and stick to what its known for. However I find the prices are a rip off. In Canada Tim's is affordable for everyone. In the UK it is outrageously priced. £21 for 12 donuts! £20 for 50 timbits. This is highjacking what Tim's stands for.
First time in Tim Hortons anywhere
First time in Tim Hortons anywhere. Shockingly bad food. Lattice fries like they were just warmed up on sunny windowsill for 5 minutes for 5 minutes and both our burgers cold. Clearly Not freshly made unfortunately!
How do I start
How do I start, love the French vanilla latte, dislike the customer service. I accrued 8 stamps visiting Tim hortons over two sites, mostly the Sealand Road one but two weeks ago I picked up my wife from Liverpool Airport and decided to get a breakfast plus two of the aforementioned drinks, the barista there used a pen to make mock maple leafs instead of the stamp, I can only assume because it was without ink.
Today I have gone to get my free 9th drink only to be met with hostility and questioned whether I had made the marks myself (why the hell would I do that?!) and a new card was issued with only six stamps meaning I spent £18 with no value back.
Utterly disgusted, ruined the rest of my day to be confronted as a would be liar. Can't see myself going there again now.
Shabby anddisappointing
Belfast Shop was shabby with heavily stained seats and uncleaned tables. Dirty with full bins overflowing onto the floor. Toilets out of order. Tea served black with no milk available to customers. Staff member took back my cup and returned capped with too little milk for my taste. Why not just ask the customer?
Don’t bother
Ordered a burger and a cappuccino , the burger tasted off , not sure what meat they use , but it wasn’t good , makes McDonald’s look high end 🤷♂️.
The coffee was bitter and not very good, we had some stale donuts to finish .
This is my second and last visit .
Overpriced and severely lacking in any redeeming quality’s .
Also don’t take cash which is another strike ! .
Ordered 2 frappes and tasted horrible
Ordered 2 frappes and tasted horrible. Cream was clump. Oreo tasted like sweet milk with no flavour and caramel tasted like strawberry with sticky clumpy bits. Will not be ordering again.
Great service
The friendly staff at my local in Newtownards Co Down and the efficient service provided. The only issue I would have is being charged 50p for a portion of ketchup which I prefer to having it applied as part of preparation.
Wrong order and scammed out of compensation
We went to the one near Ipswich, ordered on the self-service, 2 large drinks and a large customized box of deluxe doughnuts, first time they gave us the box I had to tell the staff member he gave us the wrong ones, as he didnt bother looking at the screen to see which he should give us, And after that I still think our order is wrong. Plus we were told they had no large cups, so could we be given 10 timets as a replacement, we agreed, got home to find we had only been give 3 of them, so this branch is just a massive scam

Food and drink were fine but they charged 30p for TOMATO KETCHUP!!!! Not even burger king charge for Tomato sauce!
Tim Horton's Broughton EXCELLENT
I visit Tim Horton's Broughton Branch about 4 times a week. I find the staff EXCELLENT. They are particularly pleasant and make you feel welcome and the service and food is great. My particular thanks to Praghu and Satyam. I recommend the Cheese and Mustard Melt with Lattice fries and Coffee.
Dirty place
Cold food, bins are overflowing dirty tables and members of staff just standing around and chatting to each other
Place in Plymouth
Food arrived cold
Food arrived cold, returned food,, new order arrived also cold, staff don't care, this place makes macdonalds look like the ritz,,, awful,,, stay clear of this place,,,

Waited 20 mins for food and they didn't have any paper in touch screen that used then I went to the counter to wait for the food and two of staff spent five minutes staring at me me like I was an alien from another planet
