4–5 years ago, the service at Tims here in Weyburn was really good. But now, after the management changed, the service has become poor and inconsistent. The long lines are frustrating, and the crew seems very slow. There should be a second person taking orders to help customers faster. So disappointing to see the difference now compared before. Hoping they improve their customer service soon.

Wrong item and to the add insult the incorrect dount dint even have any filling . Contacted customer service who were so unhelpful I don't think I will be using the brand again . Our local branch was OK. But to be told by customer service they would not help and i needed to go back to the Washington branch for a refund shows how out of touch they are it was a order while traveling In can't just drive 200 miles to sort it out . I had submitted a photo of the wrong dry dount . I think I also say somthing that the branch has 3 1star reviews in the space of an hour

Best I ever had
I’m from Germany, living in USA. I’m spoiled where coffee is concerned. I tried the Tim Horton’s decaf. first. I was surprised how rich and full flavored it is. It’s nutty and has just the right full flavored body. Then I tried the regular blend as well. It’s the best coffee I’ve had since I left Germany! Two thumbs up!!

I would have loved to give it 5 stars BUT I asked for 5 pack of Ketchup for 20 cents and they didn't put any Ketchup in my bag I had to ask, and also the food is way too expensive!. There is a certain employee and shee is there whenever we go into this Tim's during the daytime. She is lazy rude and should not be representing any business in the industry. My husband had to ask to get service today, he normally would not say anything but he stood there while she talked to an employee then she talked to talking another one. Then he asked if himself and the other person where going to get served. She got the man a small tea then went away to fill the milk, so he asked again to get service, She served him without saying anything NO THANKYOU NO HOW MUCH nothing. This is not the first time.

The marketing is terrible
The marketing is terrible. It drives me crazy with the language they use. With the new maple butter glazed donut and the geniuses say that their CONSIOUS was saved or preserved. How do they not realize that it even sounds wrong. AND the opposite of that is UNCONSIOUS . The same as people saying something was so fun. It's so MUCH fun. I'm a senior and it isn't that it's old school or that I'm right, it's annoying is what it is. This generation is rude enough as it is and if it is an older individual that is doing this, then you need to smarten up and not be your employees BFF or go with the times.
