When we needed a 2nd broadband installing Alison was quick to act providing us with a speedy response and competitive quote.

They liaised with Openreach on our behalf to have the new Sogea line installed as quickly as possible and their engineer (Mat) came the next day to reconfigure all our telephones and card payment machines and ensured everything was working correctly.

They are always helpful, nothing is too much trouble and are always available as and when we need them.

The overall communication was fantastic and I was kept informed at all times. Also it have Colleen come out and help with the issue I had with my phone, was really great. It was nice to see someone in person rather than a voice at the end of phone.

We were with our previous provider for years, dealing with constant issues—similar to our experience with BT before that. We had come to accept this as the norm for telecoms. However, when Amy visited us, it was a completely different experience from the usual pushy sales tactics we had encountered. She was helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and addressed all our concerns (and there were many)!

We decided to take the plunge, and I can say that the entire team has far exceeded our expectations. The transition of several services across two sites was smooth, and we received updates throughout every step. What's even better is their availability; they are always at the end of the phone when we need something, unlike our previous suppliers who often took days to return calls—if they did at all!

I have worked with TinCan previously on other solutions for the business. When I was approached about a review of our gas bills I had no hesitation in giving them the opportunity to look at them. The process was painless, just a matter of sending a recent bill and within a short time I was offered a choice of options saving the company between 20k and 21k per annum. The sign up was straightforward and took just a few minutes. Ali Barrett has been my contact for many years and I trust her to put the needs of the business first and once again I was not disappointed. Jan French our account manager took away all of the stress of dealing with our previous provider and is always available.
All the staff are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble, you actually know their names and they actually want to deal with you and resolve any problem.
The engineer who set up our equipment (Nick) , could not be more friendly and helpful.
We have put all our telecommunications in their hands, landline and mobile and I cannot be more grateful to the person who recommended them to us. They are amazing and we strongly recommend them.

I decided to join TinCan from BT because of the hassle we were having, Jan sorted everything out the transfer was seamless and I couldn't be happier, we have now had a new cloud solution, we always get a friendly voice whenever I call and Jan visits always always ensures we are updated on what is happening in the Telecom world.
