We contacted Paul at Ikonix one morning and the next day, we had the phone delivered, set up and working. Any questioned we had, Paul answered them straight away.
We will always recommend Ikonix to any business looking for a new phone line.

Sam Millen responded very quickly to my email with the information that I had requested and was happy to help with any other queries I had. Whenever I have had to contact Ikonix Telecoms, I have never been disappointed.

Sam Millen was excellent. Did not flap and installed our new phone system with minimum fuss.

The installation engineer was very helpful, and he went beyond to make sure everything was done and correct, also helped set up my lap top etc. great service.

I've been really impressed with the Ikonix team. They have been really personable throughout and have seamlessly helped us to resolve an odd situation with our old supplier to help with a smooth transition. It is very nice to be able to call and email with real people that respond helpfully and cheerfully, rather than being put on hold forever or waiting weeks for a response.

I am very lucky that when I call I know the person, either Luke or Mat, as they have visited me a number of times during installation, and since, to help me with the stupid queries I have. I called Luke this week, wanting to change my "On Hold Music", and it was sorted for me immediately. I love that I am not a number, I am a person, and they are always bright and cheery.

Really helpful & knowledgeable customer service. They helped us with a smooth transition away from basic BT phones and our engineer Luke has been great at amending and personalising anything we need. Would definitely recommend to other businesses looking to update/change phone systems.

We were looking for a new telephone system which utilised call recording, after a lot of research we decided upon Ikonix due to their attention to detail to our needs and cost. Thier technical support is excellent although we have had to rarly call them.

Extremely helpful. Any query is answered clearly. Any request is handled efficiently. Any issue is resolved effectively and quickly. Engineer Matt even resolved network problems caused by our equipment.
Engineers are highly knowledgeable and friendly. On site support is arranged and carried out on the same day. Because of this service, I have and will recommend Ikonix to the other schools I visit.

The guys at Ikonix have been fantastic!
After using BT Cloud for the past 4 years, I was very hesitant to change companies but when I saw the savings to be made, I knew it was time to change.
Biggest bonus is its a UK based company so no calls to call centres overseas.
Any problems I have, the guys talk me through it and make sure I am fully happy before they put the phone down.
I hope this service continues to this very very high standard.

We have dealt with Ikonix for many years with our company mobiles and they have always given excellent service. We have recently purchased a cloud phone system from Ikonix. Nicky, Luke and everybody in the Ikonix team have given excellent service in porting, setting up and support. Really pleased with the service and confident that we will be fully supported going forward.

Have had a number of cold sales calls from this company they have admitted that they are locating businesses and then searching through Companies house demanding to speak to particular directors of our company so that they may direct their sales call.

After the third time of telling them that we are not interested in using their company they persist in calling again and then claim they have then lost their notes on our "file". This is getting close to harassment. Removing company numbers is not down to a loss of your notes, this review is more about the inability to remove any data they hold on their systems about company and employees. GDPR comes to mind.
