Matt has always been happy to assist when we need his help. He has extensive telephone system and IT knowledge which enable him to efficiently diagnose and resolve any issues. Both Matt and the other staff at Ikonix, including Zuzanna, are always friendly and very helpful.

We have been so impressed with Ikonix. Paul arrived at the pitch with a number of phones to try out and software to show exactly what the phones can do. Once the order was placed the installation of the new equipment was exceptionally quick. During the process we were kept fully informed and even offered support and assistance in case our 'old' providers tried to charge an unreasonable exit fee. The installation went smoothly and full training was given to all 40 staff. The system does everything we need it to do and so much more! We have no qualms in recommending Ikonix to anyone considering a new phone system.
