Love their shoes! I love the variety…they have shoes you don’t find other places

While I have yet to receive the shoes the girl wanted, they look nice and this is what she asked me to get for her. But so far am pleased with your services.

Ordered Navy Blue size 8 sandals. Received size 9 or 9 1/2. There is no size on sandals or on bag, but were too large by an inch and a half. I contacted them through email (which is the only way) and asked for a refund and where to return them. I received an email back from Vanessa stating that I could give them as a gift to someone. I have sent them more emails asking for my refund but they will not respond. I filed a complaint with BBB, the Federal Trade Commission and disputed charges with my credit card company. Good luck to anyone who wants to deal with this fraudulent company

Bought the 'brown' sneaker boots. It is a dull grayish tan and doesn't even look close to what was advertised. Really cheap quality, should have read more reviews. Waiting on a different pair that is really late, fingers crossed. Also, I believe my card was compromised by this company and had to get a new debit card issued. Ugh.

I wish there was an option for faster shipping. Looking forward to getting my shoes though!

If I could leave a ZERO I would. This website is scam. I have ordered from these types of website stores and usually have good results.
This website took my money, they did not send my order, and then sent robo emails in circles.
I finally reported it as fraud to my credit card company.
If you want cute inexpensive stuff I would try the 20+ other websites easily found on social media and leave this one behind!

Nice line of shoes. You promised free shipping, yet I was charged $12.

The process was easy. Now just waiting to see what the shoes are like if they are as shown.

Sadly, if I could leave 0 stars I would. When I discovered that their shoes run EXTREMELY large, and I had no choice but to send back, at least the ones I ordered….. LARGEST size 9 I have ever received~ I am a TRUE size 9. They actually asked if I would be interested in “gifting” these shoes to a family member or friend… WHAT ?!
I have been back & forth ever since for a shipping label. I have already ordered & received an entire size down.
I suppose I’m stuck with these large shoes.
I wish I had known before I ordered the 2nd pair.
They refuse to cooperate. I explained I’d pay for the shipping label. My guess: they do not want me to know what the return shipping costs….
Why else would they ASK THAT I KEEP THESE SHOES THAT DO NOT FIT ?!

They want you to tip them on their payment page when you order an item. Do they take Americans for suckers. They ought to be banned from doing business in this country.

I ordered rhinestone sandals and the rhinestone work is lovely, but the ankle strap is not even long enough to reach the clasp. When I emailed to ask for a refund, I received this:

"We're so sorry that you're not satisfied with the items. If you return/exchange you will bear the shipping fee. Will it be possible to give it to others as a gift? Or how about a big coupon for your next payment as a way to make up for this? Look forward to your positive reply."

Unless I have a friend or family member without ankles, there would be no point giving them the sandals as a gift. They are clearly not reading their messages. We will attempt to fix the shoes, rather than pay to return them and I absolutely do not want a coupon for another defective product.

They sent the wrong color booties - in the wrong size - and, rather than offer an immediate refund, they recommended I try to find someone I could gift them to. I was required to return them to a location at my own expense despite their error. The number they provided to send pics and package tracking info to is not affiliated with the company and the owner of that number provided info on how to complain to the Federal Trade Commission for giving false information. Still waiting on my refund. Do not buy from them.
