Tiny Explorers saved my holiday! Excellent range of equipment to rent at a reasonable price. I found everything I needed to go abroad with my 5 month old twins. The delivery and return processes were quick and easy as well - much appreciated by a knackered mum of 3!
I hired a Joolz travel pushchair
I hired a Joolz travel pushchair for our holiday to Greece with our 9 month old. The whole delivery and returns process was super easy. We LOVED the pushchair, it folded up so small which really helped it fit alongside all our bags and travel cot in the hire car.

Baby jogger double buggy hire
Helped out at the very last minute after a double buggy rental from another company fell through. Quick communication, easy collection, high quality item in good condition - all very straightforward and the buggy itself was an absolute lifesaver at Disneyland. A fantastic service, will use again!
Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant, saw you on dragons den before I was a mum and wrote you down to remember! We travelled to Disney Paris with our 20 month old and hired a travel pushchair and a sleep pod as we would be sharing a room and thought she might struggle! Order process is a breeze but it’s also super easy to get in contact if you have any questions. Items came as expected ( I ordered a couple of days before we travelled so I could get familiar) and the returns could not have been more simple. All the things we got came smelling lovely and clean and looked in a really good condition. I think the pricing is fantastic we didn’t have to pay hundreds of thousands for these things to be able to borrow them for 10 days was such a great system. Will recommend to everyone I know and will use again when we go abroad or even staycations here!!
Fabulous business
This is the second time I’ve used this company to rent a pram for a holiday. It’s an ingenious business idea, ran so smoothly by wonderfully attentive owners. The equipment is always spotless, the returns process is very simple and the customer service is excellent.
I’ve told so many friends about Tiny Explorers, one of whom went on to rent a pram for her trip and also had a wonderful experience.

We had such a fantastic experience with Tiny Explorers Rentals. The whole process was smooth from start to finish communication was quick and friendly, the equipment arrived spotless and in excellent condition, and everything was set up perfectly for our trip. It made travelling with little ones so much easier and far less stressful. You can really tell they care about families and pay attention to the small details. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone travelling with children! Fantastic pricing too!!
Never leave your precious cargo at risk
The cost of hiring a child’s car seat was very reasonable, but in truth I struggled to order using the website as indeed I did to arrange pick-up, but I simply called Customer Service and they sorted for me. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, if like me your children/grandchildren are Precious then this company has the answer. Wonderful service at reasonable prices.
Excellent service apart from inability to deliver or return at weekends
Easy to order the large item I needed, which arrived in a clean condition at the appointed time. It was easy to communicate with the company via WhatsApp, as I needed to report that it arrived with slight damage to a non-essential part of the equipment. I received timely and clear instructions on how to return the item. I thought the cost of hiring was reasonable too. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that the company does not deliver or collect at weekends, which was inconvenient for me. I would imagine many people travelling from abroad and using this service would like to return items at the weekends.
First holiday :)
We went on our first holiday with our 3 month old but didn’t want to take our pram as it is bulky and didn’t want to it get damaged, we hired a car seat / pram from tiny explorers, it was cheap and the deliver process was easy came on time and the return process was just as easy! The item was clean and in perfect condition! Made our holiday so much easier will definitely be using again for our next Holiday :)
Super convenient delivery
Super convenient to have the booster seat dropped off ready for when we arrived. Return was easy enough.
Only issue was the quality of the seat itself in terms of comfort. The padded covers wouldn't stay on around the head rest which made it noisy and uncomfortable. That said, it was perfectly safe and in good working order
Not the best experience
The chair was actually delivered the day before it was due and we weren't in. However, it was then re-delivered the expected day but without the required straps so we were unable to use it immediately and no refund was offered for those days (it was over the Easter weekend), they just said we should have ordered it sooner (we ordered it because our son broke his leg and wouldn't fit in his normal chair because of his cast, difficult to predict). The chair itself was fine, clearly used but presumably safe enough (thankfully not tested). Probably would look elsewhere if we required such a service again as wasn't terribly impressed with our experienced but I guess it could have been worse!

Delivery and returns simple to arrange. The flyaway made a big difference to our toddler's first long haul flight (and our experience of it). Thanks!

Avoid
I ordered a Baby Jogger double pram on 9th February for an upcoming holiday on 19th May, specifically arranging delivery for 15th May to allow time for any unexpected issues.
On Tuesday, I was informed that the double pram I had booked could no longer be provided due to “courier issues.” However, I was reassured that a suitable alternative would be offered if the original pram could not be delivered in time.
Today, the day before the booking I was then told that no double pram could be provided at all and that my only option was two separate single prams or a refund. Anyone travelling alone or managing two very young children will understand how completely impractical and unreasonable that suggestion is. The entire purpose of booking a double pram was to safely and realistically manage both children while travelling.
What is most disappointing is not only the failure to provide the service booked over three months ago, but the complete lack of accountability or meaningful attempt to resolve the situation. Instead of offering a genuine solution, the conversation was abruptly ended with “you will be refunded.”
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered. Families rely on these bookings when travelling with young children, and cancelling essential equipment at the last minute with no workable alternative creates enormous stress and inconvenience.
I would strongly advise other parents to avoid this service, particularly if you are depending on them for important travel plans.

I must, however, correct several inaccuracies in your account of events.
Firstly, I was not contacted “seven days prior” to the booking. I was first contacted on Tuesday regarding a booking that was due to begin on Friday. Your statement suggesting you provided a week’s notice is therefore incorrect. The pram was not lost on a flight, you actually told me Parcelforce failed to pick it up? You do realise I have the texts right?
Secondly, I did not decline the alternative stroller offered. During our communication, I was informed that the replacement could potentially arrive before the 19th, and I responded that this was acceptable and that, if necessary, I would consider an alternative replacement. At no stage did I refuse or decline the options discussed. Furthermore, at no point was I made aware the two single strollers connected.
Your email states multiple times that alternatives were offered and declined by me. This is simply not true and does not accurately reflect our communication.
I appreciate that the original issue may have been outside of your control. However, it is important that the facts are represented accurately, particularly when responding to a customer complaint. The issue here is not only the cancellation itself, but also the misrepresentation of my responses and the timeline of events.
My exact response regarding the double stroller was “Ok that’s great. Please do keep me updated and if an alternative is required please do let me know. As I say as long as we get it before the 19th that’s suffice.”
