My shipment is lost. No phone number to contact tiny land. I’ve sent 3 emails to customer service along with a message on Instagram and one on Facebook with no response from them. USPS said they never received the package. I needed the package by 12/20. Terrible customer service
Great Wooden Toys
Some items were different than what was pictured, but overall I’m very happy with my purchase! I ordered an item and a preorder item. I was given delivery information on the regular item and had to contact customer service for updates on my preorder item which was inconvenient. Customer service was kind and quick to respond with updates though!
Absolutely NO customer service even though they claim "Customers First"
Instead of ordering the refrigerator and kitchen (oven/stove/sink) products separately, there was an option to order the complete set. I chose the set. I only received the kitchen portion (sink/oven/stove) and not the refrigerator. It's Dec. 16. We're taking this set, assembled, to our daughter-in-law's home 2 hrs away. If the refrigerator is not here in time, the grandchild will not have the complete set for Christmas. On the main page of the website, towards the bottom, on the right side, it says "customers first" with a telephone symbol and it claims to offer 24/7 customer support. Well, that's a LIE. There is NO TELEPHONE NUMBER for this company! You have to send an email to customer support, which I did 3 days ago. The live chat option only offers AI generated info on tracking or changing your billing/mailing address. It says the live chat is not available because of high volumes. So the customer service claim is a lie and that's really why we, as parents/grandparents, select certain companies when it comes to these types of purchases. I am so upset that this happened. I have no idea how this could have happened or why they thought it would be "okay" not to have enough staff to assist their customers during the holidays. So much for customers first! Would NEVER have made a purchase from them.

I am having the same issues as others
I am having the same issues as others. I ordered a kitchen on November 28th received an emailed stating that my items had been shipped. On Dec 11th I received the small coffee pot maker that came with the kitchen but no kitchen. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I’ve asked for a call by 5:00 tomorrow . If they don’t contact me I reporting them to the BBB and they were told this so we shall see what happens.
3 weeks STILL NO ORDER OR SHIPPING INFO
I rarely write reviews, but felt I needed to for this experience. I ordered an expensive Kitchen Set and Play Food on 11/24 with a "guaranteed 3-8 business day" delivery, by 12/8 there was still NO shipping or tracking information.. it is now 8/15 and I have not received my order! Tiny Land says I ordered a pre order item WHICH I DID NOT, and that it was ready to ship in their warehouse last week. The same kitchen was available on Amazon for delivery within days, but I decided to order directly from the company to avoid any issues....HORRIBLE customer service.

I ordered the black kitchen set on Black Friday 11/28/25….. I had to pay extra for the protection plan. Here we are the week before Christmas and it has yet to be shipped out. This is ridiculous especially for what you pay. I have no idea if I will receive this before Christmas or not which is beyond aggravating. It says online orders are shipped within 1 -3 business days of receiving an order

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!! I placed an order for a kitchen on 11/24/25. I noticed 2 weeks went by and my order wasn’t shipped. I reached out and asked for them to cancel my order because as stated on their website as long as you request to cancel the order before they ship it they can cancel it. Of course magically the next day after I sent my email they ship out my product. I told them multiple times to cancel the order, no one would get back to me in a timely manner. Than someone gets back to me days later and says if I want to return the item I can but I have to pay for shipping to return it. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! When I asked you guys to cancel the order NUMEROUS TIMES!!!!! The customer service is a joke and they do not obey their own policies!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
Quality product reasonable priced, happy consumer
Quality product reasonable priced. I ordered the arch with ramp and triangle and product was shipped with no damage and nothing missing. My 1.5 yo grandson loves the arch as a rocker and falls asleep in it. After a month he climbed the triangle like a pro. I'm very happy with the versatility, safety, and quality of this product.
