This is a very bad casino. First of all, you are limited to a €500 daily withdrawal. For withdrawals below €300, there is a €20 fee.
I made a cash deposit, won €500, and requested a withdrawal. My account is fully verified. I received an email confirming that my withdrawal request was received.
However, the next day, I checked my transaction history and saw that my withdrawal had been canceled without any explanation. I did not receive the money in my bank account, nor was it returned to my casino balance.
I contacted support, but they are refusing to explain what happened. They keep saying, “We will email you as soon as we know more.”
So what exactly is the issue here? I made a cash deposit, my account is verified, and I won fairly. This should be a straightforward withdrawal process, yet my money has disappeared, and support is not providing any real assistance.

Stalled withdraws due to deposit confirmation (taking 14 and longer)
Unfortunately, despite 2x of a succeeded chash withdraw. Now the withdraws turn into a pain in the rear. Now tip-top isn't paying the withdraw due to "confirmation" of the last diposit".. so they claim they gave you the money to play in advance of the confirmation that they receive from there bank that the deposit is on there bank account. After 14days they still didn't know?!!
This is the second time in a row.
It's offcourse a way to let you gamble your wins back to zero. Because when I do a diposit with no sufficient funds, they know directly! Than they don't give a account diposit in advance.
So tip top is no secure gambling site. What's the point of "investing" money if they stall the withdraw time and time again for 14+ days.
In my case I gambled the profit to zero. . Just as they want you to do.. .
