TipTop Bet Uses Dirty Tricks to Delay Payouts – Absolutely Unacceptable
I’m beyond frustrated with TipTop Bet. The platform is doing everything it can to delay or block payouts using shady tactics, misleading information, and terrible communication.
Here’s my experience:
• The website clearly states that users can withdraw up to 2,500 EUR per day. I won around 2,400 EUR — under the listed limit — but suddenly my personal withdrawal limit was changed to just 500 EUR per day.
• This change was made without any notification, and I cannot find anywhere on the site where it explains how withdrawal limits differ depending on your account level (Level 1, 2, or 3).
• On top of that, you’re allowed only one withdrawal per day, and each transfer takes 5–6 business days to arrive. As a result, I’ll be waiting nearly a month just to receive money that is rightfully mine.
• I was also forced to place another bet to be allowed to withdraw, even though I had already wagered 90 EUR (which led to my win of 2,400 EUR). Because of this extra bet, I lost 50 EUR — completely unnecessary and unfair.
• When I questioned this, they blamed my “account level,” saying it was too low to withdraw the full amount. But just last week, I withdrew 2,000 EUR in one transaction without any issues or mention of such restrictions.
• When I referred to their website, which still states a 2,500 EUR daily limit, I was told the live chat bot is not updated. That’s not just bad communication — it’s a dishonest strategy to mislead players.
• I’ve been emailing with their so-called “VIP manager,” who responds with generic, copy-paste messages, without even signing a name. The support is completely unhelpful.
At this point, it would only be fair and appropriate for TipTop Bet to make an exception and transfer the full amount of my winnings to my bank account in one payment. I have followed all the rules, placed my bets, and now I’m being punished with delays and excuses.
This entire experience feels like a trap to keep players from ever getting their money out. I’m determined to cash out every cent — and I hope TipTop Bet will finally start treating its customers with the honesty and respect they deserve. Avoid this site at all costs.
