Ease of ordering, delivered when i wanted it, top driver happy & courtious, what more could you want from a company

no delviery date was given

no delviery date was given, after we followed up, although we requested for 48 hours notice we were given only 4 hours notice, and since no reply came for the bleow email so we had to keep our cars at the road all day inconviencing our neighbours ( as we are located in a tight corner)
2 - only proforma invoice/quote was sent we need actual invoice for our records
3 - some of the wood (atleast 3 cuts of 1.6 metres have defects and are broken)
4 - although we requested the 45 mms be cut in two they were not
It was all done in a hurry we think - the man who dropped it off was in such a rush - but he has a picture of one of the broken pieces.

i asked if additional payment request for cutting could be sorted with office but it was not followed up with me

i do not wish to speak to the same person but a senior manager who can address these in a more diplomatic fashion and provide refund for the broken timber lengths

Following a full review of your order and our delivery process, we can confirm the following:

Delivery notification was provided with 48 hours’ notice via email.

Our drivers are able to allow a reasonable amount of time on site; however, they are not able to wait while every individual length of timber is inspected before departure.

With regard to the additional cutting request, this could not be completed as the order had not yet been paid for. As standard policy, we are only able to process cutting services once full payment has been received.
