Product issue and no customer service
I ordered some AirPods in September which worked really well originally. I checked them on the Apple site and they seemed legitimate. About a month later, they began to only last 30 minutes on a full charge.
I’ve tried to get in touch with customer service multiple times to get the product checked or replaced, both on email and via their business WhatsApp, but have had no reply.
I’d recommended the company to my friends, as I originally had a great experience with fast shipping and a good product, but the customer service has been pretty shocking.
This review is a last ditch effort to get my issue dealt with. I’m hoping their TrustPilot account is monitored and I can get this resolved!
