I don’t know even know where to begin raving about this company. First of all when I initially applied for a refinance I didn’t qualify my credit was terrible that’s how come was referred to Titan mutual lending. I was then introduced to gentleman named Ra. They tried to run my application again and I was denied because of my bad credit. Ra Refused to give up on me and referred me to Brightside credit counseling that was also amazing. After about five months of being in the credit counseling program my credit improved enough to where we could reapply for the loan again. It was still challenging because I still didn’t have good credit but when you have people that know what they’re doing anything is possible. I want the whole world to know that Titan mutual Lending is one of the best companies I hv worked with in my life. The customer service is impeccable, communication A+, treatment was like I had 780 credit score. Never once did I think I wasn’t respected because I had bad credit. There is nothing that I can think of that I can rank them (A-) in. Using this company is like being a blind person that has a well trained guide Dog = Refinance Easy! Thank u Ra!

Titan Mutual was the first company that we contacted when we decided to do our refinance. Devin Pugh immediately began assisting us in gathering the necessary information and letting us know that the process would be easy and also would close very quickly. We decided to contact two additional companies to see what the competing offers would be. It was clear after contacting the other companies that their progress was slow and the offers were not nearly as good and their closing times would have taken much longer. When we decided to move forward with Titan, Devin moved it right along and the appraisal was done a couple of days later and the signing of the paper a couple of days after that, and everything was closed and completed within 14 days of when we originally started speaking with Devin. He made the whole process extremely easy and he was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He got all of our questions answered in a timely manner and there was no hidden fees or built in costs that we were concerned about. He was very upfront and honest throughout the entire process. I really felt like he was taking care of me.

10/10 would/will refinance with them again!

I received a call I thought was a telemarketer. I was transferred to Dean Jimenez. He said he worked with Titan Mutual Lending. I told him I will entertain refinancing if I will save money. He e-mailed me the list of documents needed to process to find my credit ratings and the loan rate I would be able to qualify. Dean was able to complete the application in a hurry. He knows his job. I would recommend him to anybody I know.

Wd worked with Daniel Lorenzen to get our home re-financed and the level of service and attention was amazing. He really took the time and went above and beyond to be able to help us with our mortgage needs. Where other banks couldn't help he found the right way to get us what we needed. Ra Palacio was the mortgage specialist who helped me in refinancing my loan. To be honest, I was quite discouraged and apprehensive when initially talking to him because I already tried refinancing with another lender, but that loan company did not want to move forward with my application. After I expressed this to him, his extremely kind approach, professionalism and confidence in his company in making sure to thoroughly look through all the options for me made me want to move forward. We had an amazing experience with Titan Mutual and specifically our Loan Officer John S. Thomas. Our refinance closed in 22 days from first contact! John was very responsive to our questions with almost daily contact initiated by him. At the beginning we put some heavy consideration into whether or not to move forward. John helped us to literally list out the “Pros and Cons”. One morning when John was not available we actually got a return call from one of the other Officers to let us know he was in a meeting and would call us back shortly (which he did). Thank you John for all your hard work!

We we're contacted by Titan and spoke with John Thomas. He found out we were able to use other income sources and walked us through the initial paperwork. Titan Mutual help me fix all of my problems with my old mortgage company, they drop the ball more than 2 times and had raised my mortgage over $400 dollars.
