Titan Mutual Lending is very easy to work with. The whole thing was fast and efficient. My loan officer Cody Murray set expectations from the very start and did not disappoint. A relationship worth keeping!

My friend referred me to Titan Mutual Lending. I had my doubts given that there are many other large lenders out there. However, they were able to offer me an extremely competitive rate, while lowering my closing costs than initially disclosed. What a treat to work with Adam!

I just purchased a beautiful home in Long Beach. Boy, I can’t tell you how quickly it closed. A++ rating!

Eric was very professional and always responded to my questions promptly. It was a very good experience and I would refer my friends and family to Titan Mutual Lending.

Just did a refinance with one of their consultants Brian Pugh. I wasn’t able to get approved from multiple lenders, but somehow Titan Mutual made it work for us. Brian stayed on top of the communication and made the experience very seamless!

Great service and respect for my time and wishes. My only suggestion would be to simplify and /or reduce the tremendous amount of paperwork. The staff was very helpful and ready to guide me through the process. I would recommend Titan Financial to my friends and others.

After having a bad experience with a mortgage lender, I used Victor Loo who was fantastic and very helpful to me. Today I closed on my refinance and Victor made my experience a very pleasant and easy one, I highly recommend Titan Mutual Lendingand Victor Loo.

I recently got a FHA loan through Titan Mutual Lending and my loan officer’s name was Charlie Klippel and man let me tell you, he worked his butt off to get me my loan. He told me exactly what I needed to know about the whole loan process (as this was my first mortgage ever) and he made it as easy as possible for me to understand. He also made the process a lot less intimidating than what I had imagined. Overall it was a pleasant experience through and through....and I can honestly say that I plan on doing business with this company for my next home as well.
