Titan PMR is the way forward in pharmacy
As a clinically sound pharmacist are required their skills to be utilised in patients focus services such as IP, pharmacy First in order to take time off from checking and ticking boxes you need a Titan PMR system to utilises pharmacist clinical skills and knowledge to provide face to face service to a patient.

Having worked with several PMR providers over the years I have to say Titan does things well. The implementation team can not be faulted. Maj and Nas have gone above and beyond to cater and be flexible to the needs of my staff and I. I have found the customer service to be the quickest of any PMR provider I have worked with.
The system itself can not be faulted they have taken the old pharmacy dispensing process and turned it on its head. The intuitive system built has clearly been well thought out and researched.
Looking forward to working with the Titan team for many years to come.

I've been using Titan PMR for over three years now, and it has truly transformed our pharmacy operations. The system has significantly freed up our pharmacist's time, allowing them to focus on essential services, stock management, and other crucial business tasks.

Unlike traditional systems like Cegedim, EMIS, or Positive Solutions, which charge exorbitant fees for computer terminals, with Titan PMR, you purchase your own hardware. This flexibility means you can even opt for second-hand equipment if budget is a concern, and Titan PMR will take care of the rest.

Switching to Titan PMR may require some adjustments, but it's well worth it. Our staff love it, and it has undoubtedly improved our overall efficiency and accuracy.

Titan PMR has been well received with the pharmacy community. From the initial contact with Sajid, to the implementation team contact and then the fantastic trainer Nas who came on the day to help set the system up, the whole experience has been brilliant. Titan has been a game changer for us. It has drastically sped up our dispensing process with batch flow and simplified other processes such as ordering monthly prescriptions via repeat flow. It was easy and intuitive to learn how to use and Nas has helped us greatly with the learning curve that happens with all changes of PMR.

This PMR system has turned all our dispensing processes upside down, whereby Pharmacists involvement is now at the start of the process. we were quite skeptical about this system and a little anxious about going this way. After using the system for around 8 weeks, this system has helped us turn our service level and business around significantly. Maj who installed our system and helped train the staff was brilliant and has supported my team with any issues and queries.
Anyone who is anxious about safety and accuracy should rest assured that this system has it well covered.
The ability to send messages to the team at various stages of dispensing process is also a great tool that ensures patient care is prioritised.
Other more sophisticated functions such as AI also adds a lot of efficiency to the processes in a safe way.
The system is offering a lot for independent pharamcies like ours to maximize profitability and efficiency

Since using titan for almost 5 months within my role at cornwells pharmacy chadsmoor ,i have been most suprised with as to how fast i have learned and grasped the concept. Although there was afew teething problems at first i soon came to learn how it all works with full support of my manager Gemma birch and also Nas alongside

Having worked with Titan for quite a few months now, I am amazed how well it has been integrated into our Pharmacy. Having had Titan for nearly 6months, we reached out to Titan support for a re-fresher on some of the things we may have forgotten during the initial training phase, especially around general prescription housekeeping to make sure our claiming was up to date. Hooman responded promptly and sent out Nas, our initial go-live trainer, to re-educate us on all things Titan.

I must say this level of guided support is very well appreciated, and Nas, as always, has been fab with her patient approach of training staff, and reminding us of a few golden nuggets of information to allow us to get the best out of Titan.

6months later since implementing Titan, our branch strategy and focus is all based around services growth, which is where we wanted to be, thanks to the versatility and practicality of the system.

This PMR has completely changed our pharmacy! The pharmacist would spend hours stood in the same space doing their checks, rush to the front to deal with patient queries and back again to clear the build up of baskets. This system has completely freed up our pharmacist's time. They do their clinical checks first, and then they're free to offer advice, carry out services, etc. We used to have a locum on our clinic days alongside our regular pharmacist, but this system has removed the need for one. The support is also fantastic - so much better than what we had previously. Huge shout out to Sajid, Naz and Zad who are amazing! Huge assets to the company, they are always on hand to help.
