Dan assisted us, and was onsite for the go-live day, making the transition as painless as possible. He was very much involved afterwards as well, giving remote support, and training. Our staff has hugely benefited from switching to Titan, and it has freed up an noticeable amount of their time. We are also re-assured that the margin for human error has been reduced to zero, and the dispensing process has considerably accelerated in pace.

We are a Dispensing Doctors surgery that went live with TITAN back in March 2024. It has completely changed how we dispense - and most certainly for the better! Our processes are now far more efficient and safer. All my dispensing staff enjoy using the system as it is extremely user friendly and just makes the day to day running of the dispensary far easier.

Dan from Titan was fantastic - during the early days of going live he was only ever a phone call away and always willing to help, even with the smaller queries.

Titan has made doing MDS patients much easier for me as i am able to see on one screen all my patients who are ready to be processed, i can also print my backing cards and release my prescriptions from this screen.
I can see where my patients are whether in the process, packaged or handed out stage which saves me time physically looking for where they are.
I am very happy with this system and for all the support and training given to me.

Nas is an excellent instructor. She patiently explained many benefits of Titan. I chose it due to its in-built safety features and am very impressed with its capability. Nas dealt with the plethora of questions I had in a very professional manner, and answered them all to my satisfaction and I feel confident in the day we go live. There is still lots more to learn, so I need to allow it to be embedded. Thanks Nas

Our move over to Titan has been seamless thanks especially to Nour who has been so attentive and patient. This has resulted in staff feeling confident and empowered. All are amazed at how Titan is going to help us and cannot wait to use more and more of it's features and apps. Nothing was rushed and we are made to feel part of the Titan family.

Maj in particular was a star very helpful at every part of our implementation journey with Titan, hopefully we will be implementing soon with our other branch and will be requesting help from Maj again.

The transition between our old PMR system and Titan has been made easy by the support we have had from staff members instore and remotely. I think that the system will enable us to work more efficiently and provide a better service to our patients. Hopefully the more we use Titan the more it will benefit our daily work life in a positive way. So far, so good!

I have had a outstanding experience with two team members from titan. Nas and Saj. They both are highly professional and go the extra mile. Nothing is too much for them, especially Nas. She is a absolute Star! Her exceptional dedication, work ethic, deep understanding of customers needs go beyond her job description. I would recommend giving her a huge bonus! She deserves it.

We have recently changed to Titan and must say the team are so helpful, especially Maj. Any questions we have needed answering he has been there to help.
They are all very friendly and easy to talk to, we wouldn't have got through it with them.

We've just gone through our first month with Titan and the whole implementation team could not have been more helpful. Noor has done a brilliant job helping, supporting and guiding us through the process and Christian has really gone the extra mile to sort out some of the IT problems we experienced especially in the transition of data from our previous software supplier. It's early days, but so far it's looking good!

Just had Titan recently installed, and all I can say is it's a game changer.

Makes day to day to tasks a lot easier. As with anything takes some time to get your head around it but you can just see the capabilities it has once we get used to it. It can simplify tasks and the UI is high quality.

Nas and Maj have been amazing but an extra shout out to Nas (sorry Maj). The way she goes through everything step by step and has indepth knowledge of the system and she is very patient and won't leave until we've understood and are confident with it all.

Would definitely recommend this PMR system and glad this is what we've gone for.

Another amazing installation in record time, The guys at Titan were brilliant we gave them very little notice but they pulled out all the stops and got our PMR ready for us, seamless data migration, full support on the installation. And this review is coming from a previous Proscript fanatic, thank god we chose Titan.

Nas and Maj were great to work with. Really helped us and the team get through the initial days especially with robot integration and our collection point. They helped us all understand all aspects of the system and were always on the end of the phone when we needed!
