Coming on to a year with TITAN, mega impressed with the continuous improvements to the system. Titan listen to customers and implement. Fridge-Log is now available, and Patients Insights are going to be extremely useful - Stock management and plenty more in the works. Previous PMRs literally sat on what they had - with TITAN every other week there's an update bringing exciting new features. Titan Ai replaces Titan X - looking forward to this once full use is available! - Annual call from Nas keeps me up to date with all the latest new apps and makes sure we are making the most of the system. Thanks once again!

Great network of friendly/helpful and informative team members. Also - a very good PMR system making operations within the pharmacies so much better. We recently launched a 5th branch, and Nour/Bhav were excellent with the launch & team and responsive to any initial issues etc which mya have arisen.

I recently had the opportunity to attend a Titan training session led by Nas, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience She explained everything clearly, answered questions, and The session was interactive, well-paced, and really helped me understand how to use Titan effectively. Highly recommend this training!

Had a face to face training session with Nas, great experience and very benefical. Nas was amazing at explaining everything we needed to know and went through a step by step process on how to effectively use Titan. Nas has been very helpful to all the team and made sure everyone knew everything about Titan before the end of the day. I defiantley am feeling alot more confident in using Titan after this session. Nas has been absolutely amazing and fantastic in teaching Titan. 10/10 for her hardwork and effort and mostly her time she gave us all. Very polite and well spoken. We had TITAN installed before Christmas 2024 and naturally we as a team were nervous trying to implement a new system at the busiest time of the year. However the implementation team and Ashley in particular were fantastic and the help we received was amazing. The system has made our pharmacy much more efficient and me as the pharmacist and the whole team are so happy. Amazing workflow, great interface and very user friendly. The support team are so fast in picking up the phone too. Overall an amazing change to our pharmacy and the way we work.

TITANPMR is brilliant. Saj was amazing in the process of bringing us in. Nas is the MVP. She has guided us through the entire implementation process. She has held our hand all the way through and made sure we got launch properly. Never hesitated to answer any questions. Highly recommend the system!!!

Great system, great service. One to one suppor available during implementation phase with a dedicated point of contact looking after your install. I was worried initially about not having an onsite person during intsall, but the implementation team was always on hand and available for any issues.

I heard about Titan PMR a couple of years ago and it sounded too good to be true. A contractor friend got it last year and they could not stop singing their praises. So I we went for Titan when our current PMR contract was just about to run out a couple of months ago.
Titan is a game changer for PMRs and you cannot compare other PMRs to it. It maximises the skill-mix of the entire pharmacy team and improves job satisfaction for the staff. It ensures that the right medicine (& quantity) is dispensed (scanning of original boxes) and flags up any safety issues like interaction and others. Titan frees up the pharmacist(s) time to do services and see more patients.
In addition, the Titan team are so amazing, patient, friendly and very supportive. Maj was my implementation rep and he was amazing and I could not ask for more. Saj (Sales Director) was my first contact with Titan and he did everything that Titan promised me- excellent service.
Titan is always developing their service offers and I look forward to using them for other services like NMS, Pharmacy first, travel clinic etc as they develop.
I do not have any reservation in recommending Titan PMR to any pharmacy that wants to work better (patient safety), smarter, faster, and cost effectively with better staff satisfaction.

Appreciation for the Titan PMR Implementation

Our experience with the recent transition to Titan PMR, which has been remarkably smooth.

Our implementation lead, Nas, has been exceptional throughout the entire process. From the initial setup to the comprehensive training sessions, she has ensured that our staff feel supported and confident. Nas has been readily available to address any questions and assist with initial challenges, making a significant difference in our transition.

Having gone live just a few days ago, we are reassured by the fact that Nas will continue to offer her support for the next few weeks as we navigate post-launch adjustments.

Initially, the move from our previous PMR to Titan seemed daunting. However, by incorporating a soft launch, our team has effectively acclimated to the new system. We are already seeing improvements using this system, especially time saving as well as from the safety aspect.

We are excited about exploring Titan’s additional functionalities, particularly the repeat flow and Camascope, which will be invaluable given our work with care homes, alongside the other features it offers.

It’s streamlined, intuitive, and fits in beautifully with the way we work day-to-day in the pharmacy. The functionality is impressive, but what really makes the difference is the support behind it.
