Horrible experience

My experience with this company has been horrible.

First, I didn’t even realize I had signed up for a subscription until I noticed monthly charges on my bank account. As soon as I discovered them, I tried to cancel through the website, but the cancellation process was not working.

I then contacted customer support through the “Contact Us” section and sent multiple messages over the course of three months asking them to cancel my subscription. Despite my repeated requests, the charges continued and my subscription remained active.

I never used the application, but since I couldn’t get the subscription canceled, I finally decided to try it. Unfortunately, the outfit recommendations were awful and completely missed the mark.

I am extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of the service provided. I would like a full refund for the charges that were made after my repeated cancellation requests.

This is a real person with a real story. Not a bot! I cancelled my subscription to TITLE nearly 6 months ago and am still being charged by myagelessoutfit.com. Yet again today. I can't even access the website no matter how I tried, phone, laptop, different browsers. Nothing. "This site can't be reached."

Signed up for free trial in December

Signed up for free trial in December, apparently with the app and giving credit card info. I did not use the service at all. Apparently my Credit Card company paid a couple of charges in January. When I attempted to cancel the 8 week program, my email was not recognized, so I deleted the app. This week, Credit card company denied 4 requests for payment. I was given the phone number for support, and after a few false starts at finding my account info, I had to send an email. My account is now closed, and support did help, but the mere appearance of fraud will keep me from signing on to a program of this type in the future. There are many negative comments online.

Title is a scam and you will lose money!

I was charged an extra charge for a service I never signed up for. I also realized the stylist working with me was going to be AI, not a human stylist. I asked for a refund and they said they didn’t refund for customer dissatisfaction. I asked why if dissatisfaction was from being mislead, and they said nothing. I went through PayPal and it was one of the first times PayPal didn’t side with me. It was clear that Title was deceptive. I have no idea how PayPal sided with them. Title is a total scam. Please stay away from them.

After writing this review I was contacted by the head of the customer success team - she apologised and has organised a full refund for me.

I signed up a week ago and even before I had my first session $NZD 34.00 was taken from my account followed by another payment of $NZD59.66 of which I was not advised of.
When I complained I received a reply from their so called customer service that there will be no refunds.
I didn't receive any of the promised services, do not sign up to this sham company!
