Clean, friendly staff. Available when I need it.

I could not have asked for more cooperation and assistance from the staff at this facility. They all went out of their way to help me and make suggestions I will recommend them each time the opportunity arises. GOOD CORPORATE NEIGHBOR

Very friendly and efficient front desk, always helpful. Facility upkeep is excellent

The couple that manage the facility have been pleasant to work with. It is probably out of their control but the rates continually increase at an unreasonable pace. Have established rates from the beginning of the agreement and honor them throughout instead of a "bait and switch" type deal.

I received great service upon signing up for my storage and when I ended my contract. The facilities and storages were very well maintained.

I only have one issue or maybe concern. I think if you rent a unit but don't need it the full month then thtunit should be prorated for days used

Had a unit a while, its much nicer than before. The prices went up, but the place looks and works better. Good staff, very nice.

This place is super clean. The manager, I think her name is Katy, is very professional, while very nice and friendly too.
Highly reccommend.

I love this storage company! They honored the price offer that I found online and are very accommodating with getting your storage situated! The owner is always sweet and kind and helped me out throughout the whole process of transferring my belongings to my storage unit!

Nice facility but I never feel like I am clear on billing, discounts, proration etc.

I have been at the Beacon Storage in the Edmond, OK location for (4) years. I have had (2) break in's, the first resulting in 1K damage. Zero follow up with law enforcement and missed commitments to follow up. The latest was about a year ago, again NO follow up or response to my request
for an action plan to address security. If there was ANY other local option
I'd be gone. I would rate this facility and management a "F"
