Toby is a great trainer he helped me…

Toby is a great trainer he helped me lose around 20lbs in weight when I wasn't able to lose it before.

I didn't know much about working out I must be honest, and toby was patient, friendly and knowledgeable.

He taught me how to eat correctly, how to exercise and how to rest so we could go again. I had two sessions a week and my body ached like hell afterwards 😂

Not only did I lose weight but my blood sugars came down and so did my blood pressure. My sleep also improved a tonne.

If your looking for a personal trainer in Cardiff then Toby is the one. When the weather is nice Toby also likes to do outdoor training down Cardiff bay which is a good change in routine.

AVOID TK Fitness Cardiff

AVOID! TobiasPoultney Cardiff TK-Fitness personal trainer. Fat shaming women & suggesting r*pe by calling client “FatSIag, mentioning he wants to take from behind and get boyfriend to watch” due to a late payment. With accusations like this he is not to be trusted around women and certainly not training them.
