Excellent service from the agency especially Marine. She made sure everything went smoothly with the moving in and always stayed in contact. Great company 👌

Worst night ever. People smoking all the time. Loud music. The room smells horrible. I booked 5 nights and moved out the next day. The owners don’t even reply to complaints. I will take this with all relevant bodies. This is not right and place like this should not exist

BrillIant, marine in particular was outstanding from minute one, getting everything sorted quickly and efficiently. Jordan was another great help with the move, making everything go smoothly with the moving in. Thanks too TLK and especially marine and Jordan!

Marine has been so helpful! She's literally a godsend. Upon arrival, I had a few issues with my room and she sorted them out almost immediately. Really great service, would recommend

Fantastic customer service. The employees are all well mannered. They are reliable and efficient which makes a huge difference especially in times like this in COVID-19. I personally dealt with an Employee Called Norbet who is a great gentleman and who has your best interest at heart. I Would no doubt recommend their services.

TLK Property currently look after 17 of my properties are are exceptional. I have trusted them for over 6 years to look after my investments. Jordan, who i liaise with is excellent, even in the current climate with job losses she is managing my assets with minimal stress. Thank you, and thank you to Ozzie for keeping to your word ;)

Awful customer service, they are refusing to refund me for a booking even though it was booked with free cancellation. There is no way to speak directly to the management and they are ignoring all emails. Absolutely disgusting treatment by TLK. DO NOT USE THEM.

I've had very good experience with TLK Properties, everything was clear from the beginning and they were professional. The property was in good condition. I'm especially grateful to Marine who was extremely helpful and kind and also to Jordan who finalised the details.

Good help from TLK. Marine was able to find me a nice flat and has been very helpful. Was able to move in quite quick, had everything sorted in no time.

The team at TLK are exceptional, helping with letting my property and the property management throughout the duration of the tenancy.
