First to mention is the super competitive price - we looked for a while and was a good deal more competitive than all other solicitors we considered.

Once in the process: the diligence, speed, reliability and response time made the buying process really simple.

We faced a few roadblocks from our chain - various disputes and a sudden demand for a very quick completion date (else the chain would fail). Throughout all challenges, Ismail was calm and easy to reach, responsive both via phone and email - and offered solid advice.

Needless to say, the situation was dealt with quickly and effectively by Ismail and we now have the keys to our new house :)

The App is a huge bonus too - as first time buyers it was great for visibility to be notified as each stage was completed, and what was left to do.

Our experience with TLP solicitors was great especially with Ismail. He was quick with getting the process going with purchasing our house and got things done efficiently. The best aspect of their service is that Ismail is contactable especially by email, he often responds promptly. He is also quite calm and collected, despite pressures from estate agents he remains professional. In total our house took 12 weeks to complete and it was part of a chain. I would use TLPS again for future purchases.

Recently got the conveyancing for our house purchase. The whole experience was pleasant. Ismail Khan, our conveyancer was always available, was patient enough to answer all our queries at all times, and helped and guided us through the entire process. All the finance part was explained in detail in the beginning, and the whole process was completed to our satisfaction despite few legal issues from the sellers side. Would always recommend TLP solicitors.

Ismail was always available when I got questions/queries. The process was smooth enough. But I did feel I need to ask a lot rather than being told what would be the processes/procedures of each stage.

I cannot fault TLP and team when dealing with my house move. We dealt with Ismail in particular who was quick and efficient at responding to emails as well as putting together everything we needed to complete a purchase-sale our end in reasonable time. Ismail knew we were working to a deadline but unfortunately we had issues with both our buyers and vendors solicitors. My wife chased Ismail almost daily and he dutifully in turn chased his counterparts. Despite our frustrations with the process (which were outside of TLP control) Ismail was very patient, understanding and sympathetic to our situation. I felt he represented us to the best of his ability. I am grateful for the professionalism and work ethic of TLP and from my experience they stand head and shoulders above their competitors. I would recommend and use them again.
