Easy processing

Why I went from 3 to 5 stars
I initially didn't rate TME this high, but the reality of the initial rating is that a lot of the rating was more from my side - not the TME side.
TME came back with good explanations to my (self-induced?) frustration of the process.
TME did their job right and I learned that it's also the customer's (me) responsibility to read things carefully and ask questions when something is not understood.
The tutorials provided when finalizing the process with the USPTO are very helpful and make the final process easy.
The whole Team at TME has been very responsive and helpful, too.
Final assessment - I am satisfied with TME's work and won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants to file any trademark. So, from 3 to 5 stars after all! TME earned those 5 stars!
