The call handlers Mollie and Maria…

The call handlers Mollie and Maria ensured they got all the information needed in one call, they then promised to update me on the decision on the claim, I was updated just a few hours later which was very quick. mollie and Maria both made the process quick, thorough and painless, as a result of the way Mollie and Maria handled the whole process I would definitely recommend TMO to everyone

Sell a warranty on a car that no garage…

Sell a warranty on a car that no garage in their network will accept a booking for, so essentially the warranty is not worth the apart it’s written on, customer service on this matter is shocking. Car is 2020 Range Rover
Avoid both TMO and Range Rover at all costs

Hi,

We understand your frustration, but it’s important to be clear about where the issue sits.

We have a robust, established repair network made up of thousands of independent garages nationwide. This works effectively for the vast majority of vehicles we support every day.

However, your chosen vehicle is a very different proposition for garage. Across the industry, these vehicles are well known for being time-intensive, and often less commercially viable for independent garages to take on. As a result, many repairers choose not to work on them, or significantly limit availability due to demand, tooling requirements, and the risk of extended workshop time.

That’s not something we control, and it isn’t a reflection of our service or our network. Tt’s a direct consequence of the type of vehicle involved and the realities of the high demand on vehicle repair market.

To suggest the warranty is “not worth the paper it’s written on” because some garages decline this type of work isn’t a fair representation. The cover remains valid, and where a suitable repairer is identified, we support and progress claims in line with the terms as expected.

We appreciate it’s inconvenient, but the availability of repairers for certain high-demand, complex vehicles is an industry-wide challenge and is not something specific to us.

Brilliant service

Brilliant service, great communication. I had issues with my car on two different occasions. TMO dealt with my warranty with them really well both times, paying back the majority of the work that needed doing to my car. Definitely worth going with this company when buying a car for peace of mind. I was in contact with Charlotte at TMO who was really good help.
