Wish it could be 0 the absolute worst…

Wish it could be 0 the absolute worst customer experience ever. No Matter what the savings are it is not worth it. it is impossible to work with these clowns unless you go to a store then it gets even worse. 2 days 6 hrs on the phone 2 trips to store still cant activate 3 phones. I'm so upset I'm afraid of going to the store for fear of making a scene. Just found out i cannot cancel unless i go to the store.

Tmobile is a joke when it comes to…

Tmobile is a joke when it comes to service on every level. Ever since I switched over from Verizon to tmobile the service has been lagging I'm getting text messages 2 and 3 days later a d my phone is practically new. And when it comes to .modifying your payment arrangements its ridiculous you arw able to modify the first part but the second part is automatically arranged for you on them now I see why they have bad reviews. And alot of my friends have the same problem with their service with delays in messages or when calls drop or getting voice .messages from someone who said they called and you never received a call. TMOBILE IS A JOKE AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. THEY SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU OVER TO THEM BUT THE SERVICE IS GARBAGE.

10 Years of Loyalty Wasted

10 Years of Loyalty Wasted – T-Mobile Doesn’t Care

After a decade as a loyal T-Mobile customer, I walked into their Cherry Creek Mall store Colorado...to upgrade to an iPhone 16, expecting a smooth experience. Instead, I encountered Zak, a representative who redefined apathy. When I hit a snag switching my line, he shrugged, blamed Apple, and dismissed my suggestions with a cold, “I don’t know what to tell you.” I asked if, after 10 years of loyalty, this was how they’d treat me—should I take my business elsewhere? His response? “I don’t care.” That summed up the vibe perfectly: four young guys lounging around, no customers, and zero effort.

What should’ve been a simple phone purchase turned into a 6-hour ordeal. Zak was useless, and I ended up resolving it myself through T-Mobile’s phone support which also had many issues of not active listening!. A company this big acting this small is a joke. As someone who’s trained entrepreneurs in over 20 countries, I’ve seen how giants fall when they stop caring—and T-Mobile’s on that path. I’ve got my phone now, but I’m done. They talk a big game about customer service but don’t back it up. Think twice before trusting them with your business.

The T-Life App STINKS

I do realize this will fall on deaf ears, take the Internet App out of that klugy, ad filled, T-Llife App.
The T-mobile Internet App was separate from the bloated, klugy T-Life App and that worked and worked well. It was a small App that downloaded even with <1 gbps and you could restart your Gateway without signing in.
I have to restart my Gateway 2-3 times a day because the signal from the tower goes away. So if I can't get to the remote restart (like something from the 20th Century) I have to leave the office, go down the stairs, into the family room and unplug the Gateway.
Fire the idiot who made that decision.

I am a 73 year old senior citizen

I am a 73 year old senior citizen. I live on a fixed income. My ATM card got hacked so I had to get a new card. A few days later I wound up in the hospital after and a almost died. I am in the hospital as I'm writing this.
I have been with T-mobile for over 5 years and never missed a payment. I needed a few extra days after the normal billing cycle. They agreed but are now violating that agreement and sending me texts threatening collection agencies over $50. They're threatening a senior that almost died and putting massive pressure on an old man in trouble.
A truly awful corporation that has zero concern for people and are real bloodsuckers!

NETWORK SATELLITES BEEN DOWN…

THE NETWORK SATELLITES HAVE BEEN DOWN FOR SEVERAL DAYS! I live in Marietta Georgia, I've not been able to use my phone, receive calls or make outgoing calls for three whole days. Every time I try to make a call It gives me an error message that I am not connected to any network. Wireless calling did not work nothing work! I called customer service several times over the past 3 days The only thing they've done was have me reset my phone several times. They now have connected me to an ESIM which still doesn't work and calls are still being dropped several times, so much so that the representative asked me if I was ending the call on purpose! Which just angered me and added insult to injury. Do not use T-MOBILE! I called again today because it continues to drop several calls to get my bill adjusted. They only wanted to offer me an 8 to $15 supplement off of my bill which is $105 monthly! As if!!
The customer service representative told me that they would only adjust for 3 days and would go back to $8 because there's already a current ticket on my issue. I asked what does that have to do with them Going from $15 back down to $8. He could not answer the question. I then asked to escalate the call to speak with a manager, the representative said they were the manager. It sounded like they were out of the Philippines. Regardless,
I am leaving this provider and I will NEVER return!

T Mobil the giant scam artists

From the time I signed on with T Mobile, I had nothing but problems. When I finally Left them the overcharged me by $39.21. After spending over 45 minutes on the phone I was told I have to go to a T Mobil store to try and straighten it out. This company excels at taking your money , but suck at giving any credits back. Biggest scam artist going with their programs also!

So dissatisfied

I was nearly 12 years with Sprint when they were bought out by T mobile. Immediate change happened as they told me I needed to pay money for a new phone even though they gained access to sprint towers I still needed to upgrade my phone. I told them no. They sent me a free phone but it was a low grade phone with 5g compatibility so once it came time to replace the phone (as most phones don't last more than 2 years) I wasn't able to replace it as they had no phone at it's level thus they tried to force me to pay for an upgrade at that point instead!

2 weeks ago I get a text saying "after a decade we are increasing some of our older plans so expect a 5 dollar charge per line to your current plan". I didn't call immediately. I didn't have to. Plenty of others called and complained. To apologize they then offered this "temporary promotion deal" where you get a FREE line of service. I don't need a free line. I just want to pay what I had been paying. So by me not taking advantage of their free line I am technically saving the company around 50 dollars a month! I'm not even asking for a 50 dollars credit per month I just want the 10 so I don't pay the extra 5 dollars that they randomly tacked onto our plans that were supposedly locked in. Horrible customer service as they said it was nothing they could do about it.

I've been a T Mobile customer since…

I've been a T Mobile customer since December 2019 and I was a loyal customer. Not anymore. Since May 2024 my experiences with T Mobile have been a series of poor to very poor experience. I've lost trust in T Mobile and candidly each experience reinforces consistent reasons NOT to trust T Mobile. My one wish is that I could inform others so they can avoid the pain T Mobile has put my wife and I through. If I could rate T Mobile lower than a one (1) star I would.

Another frustrating corporate experience

We have had a family account with T-Mobile for years and if this review was for our mobile account, it would absolutely get 5 stars!! We all travel a lot and have never had an issue with our account or with being able to use it. I highly recommend T-Mobile, especially if you travel. It's worth it. I wouldn't use another service.

This review is not about customer support because this isn't their fault. Unfortunately, this is another corporate issue, similar to the one I dealt with when trying to return the ipad I didn't order to Walmart. All of the support people tried to help me. They all wanted to help me. The corporation was not letting them do it.

Now on to why this review is only three stars. I wanted to try out 5G home internet. I ordered it on my own, not via the family account. Great, no problem. After spending many minutes on the phone The package arrives but you need a T-Lite account to install it. Your T-Lite account, if you are a T-Mobile customer is tied to your family account and your phone number.

Unsupportive customer support

I bought a phone, paid in full, at a t-mobile store in st louis missouri. I received a device with a t-mobile prepaid card, with a promise that after 150 dollars in payments they would be able to remove the carrier lock from my phone. After two very long calls with customer services and fake promises to remove the carrier lock, the issue is still unresolved. I would never recommend t-mobile to anybody.

They don’t care

A company that does not have an option to post a review for their services - that tells you everything. They do not care. I have 3 lines with them plus ordered internet. When I ordered the internet they said they would give me a discount - they did - for only one month, then the next month they increased the price for all the lines, so the bill increased more than it was originally stated. Condescending and rude.

I signed up at a T-Mobile store for wireless internet

I signed up at a T-Mobile store for wireless service but canceled 4 days later when the Bill arrived for $15 dollars higher than I had been quoted. Fortunately, I kept records and went to store to have it cancelled.
45 Days later I got a delinquent letter with a $39 late fee. Another trip to T Mobile store to cancel.
Now I am getting a Bill with $13 CREDIT but T-Mobilewill bill me but not mail a check to my Billing address. In my opinion T_Mobile uses unfair practices to get your money and then try's its best to not return it. Their customer service is the worst I've ever encountered, unless you have address phone number pin number c=account number for a closed account you are out of luck. BE Aware

Bunch of liars and thieves!

Ive been with Tmobile for over 13 years. I was with a plan they said WILL NOT GO UP and it didnt for for 11 years. THEN I WAS TRICKED to go to a third line plan ( that i dont even use ) because it was a little cheaper and had 5g. They ( a few Tmobile Customer Service workers ) told me it was a promise plan that will never go up EVER, so i traded to this plan. Ive had to talk to call 3 times since ive had the plan ( a year ) because they keep raising it more. Theyre telling me its a promise plan that doesnt mean they dont raise the price and that I should have read that in the contract. I SIGNED ON BY PHONE! Tmobile are nothing but liars and thieves and they lied me into signing over to something they can charge me more money with. OH and I told the manager about this and he said they for some reason dont see this in notes, so I said listen to then recordings of the other 3 times I called and he said he they cant find those recordings. They would be found if I did something wrong, but not them... Manager just told me they want to be as high in price as the other competition????? Price promise is nothing but a lie. How can a business get by with calling something a price PROMISE but doesnt mean its the price they PROMISE to stay the same. Tmobile and the PROMISE PLAN just promises to stab you in the back! youve been warned......

My family and I switched over to…

My family and I switched over to Verizon from T-Mobile on November 10th and we were still being from T-Mobile for a couple of devices that they did not cancel. I just received a bill on March 12th and nothing until now. That showed that they were still charging us for these lines. There had not been any activity on those two lines for a year and a half but still charging us. I just don't understand why we were still being charged if we switched over to Verizon and it was very evident that we switched over. They refuse to help with that part of the bill and I told them we would never come back to T-Mobile. They had the worst service and the worst customer service that I have seen.

Abusive Act on Billing Process

In April 2022, I faced significant issues with a previous telecommunications provider and decided to explore better options. T-Mobile emerged as the clear choice, offering the best value for the services I needed within my budget. The representative I interacted with was professional and provided the necessary details, prompting me to sign up.

I immediately noticed that T-Mobile’s texting and calling service far exceeded what I had experienced elsewhere. However, their billing process has been a complete mess, and collection agents must communicate the pros and cons of late payments transparently instead of obscuring the essential details.

I made every payment on time from the day I signed up until August 2024. When I unexpectedly lost my job and was disqualified for unemployment benefits, I proactively informed T-Mobile about my financial situation and the ongoing appeals with the employment office.

Their slogan, “We are here to help,” is misleading. They create the illusion of wanting to work with customers, but that isn’t true. The only option they presented was a payment plan, which I found a trap. They neglected to mention that failure to pay by the assigned dates results in disconnection fees. Despite being fully aware of my unemployment status and pending appeals, they charged me a staggering $930 over six months for a plan that should not have exceeded $90 monthly.

My advice is straightforward: if T-Mobile offers you a payment plan, think twice before accepting unless you can adhere to their imposed due dates. I was misled by their claims that I could request a new payment plan if I couldn’t meet the initial deadline, which turned out to be a complete falsehood.

Big corporations like T-Mobile often evade accountability for their predatory tactics, even though laws like the “Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts and Practices” (UDAAP) exist under the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). It’s time to hold them responsible for their actions.

I created an Excel worksheet detailing all the invoices from June 2023 through February 2025, matching them with all my payments. Before submitting the schedule to the CFBP, I will confirm that all the charges and service fee allocations were adequately made and that my payments were applied correctly.

Now, I don't have services and am missing out on following up on my job applications.

I would give T-mobile 0 stars but…

I would give T-mobile 0 stars but there is no option

I stayed with T-mobile for the price , not for the service at least based on the service I had in my area it was very inconsistent I always had to upgrade to a new phone so the extra bands would help the signal. Their tech support told me usually upgrading more often would help. Since I was in a grandfathered plan, I couldn't get a good upgrade offer unless I changed my plan to almost double the price. So I kept calling every 2 -3 weeks. T-mobiles customer service kept telling me to call back because the deals always keep changing and there might be a good upgrade deal.
So ........
What did T-Mobile do?
They sent me a letter about a month ago telling me My name was removed from an authorized call in person. They said they sent me some certified letter about 3-4 years ago saying the same thing. which either they are lying or never delivered. They won't show me proof. Now my office manager called to port out a few lines, so they sent us a letter saying they are cancelling the service and blacklisted us, They didn't even wait 4 more days till the cut date.
I recommend staying away from using T-Mobile not only that ATT and Verizon are American companies, T-Mobiles parent is Deutsche Telekom a German company.

Buy American, give business to American companies.

I am looking for a lawyer to take them on for me and also looking to now do a class action suit for a possible trade-in policy fraud.

Internet review - Don't do it!

I've had Tmobile phone service for more than a decade but in September I signed up for their internet service with the offer of a $200 gift card. Apparently the offer was fake because they claimed that I did not sign up in the offer timeframe, even though the rep on the phone verified it was a current offer and I would receive it. It was when I didn't receive it that I began getting the runaround from different reps. I am very disappointed by that bait and switch by a company I always held in high esteem before.

Also, the internet was highly restricted and weak. For example, my TV didn't work with their service and my laptop kept having to be refreshed. And also for some reason, some Youtube videos and comments were restricted at my home, and I know this was internet specific because they weren't restricted outside of my house.

I definitely recommend not wasting your money on Tmobile's internet service!
