Absolutely disgraceful. Poor communication claimed to have attempted to deliver twice. Clearly haven’t no calling card left. Apparently they’ve contacted me and are waiting for a reply??? Li... See more

Business account user. No customer contacts
As a business account user would have to say it's generally ok, until something goes wrong, at which point there is absolutley no customer service or useful contacts... - If the consignment is lost or delayed or whatever, we usually just send another one, because it's less aggro. Insurance claim process is a slow nightmare and not worth the hastle of trying to go through.
Non delivery company.
Unfortunately I have had the same experience as most of the other reviews.
I am retired so am at home most days. I called the shipper of our parcel when it hadn't turned up after a week, to ask for a tracking number.
They called back telling me TNT had attempted to deliver it twice and would be returning it to them.
Managed to log onto TNT website to arrange shipping, spent all day with their website saying delivery scheduled for before 6pm, but no show. Now their website just says "shipment arrived at TNT location" (not even scheduling a delivery).
I've never received a missed delivery card, and because we live out in the sticks, I suspect their drivers can't be bothered to try and find our house and just scan the parcel as delivery attempted.
I've been at home both times when they claim they attempted delivery, and saw no sign of them.
Unfortunately this review won't improve their service because they are chosen by the shipper not the customer. But they are truely terrible, almost (but not quite) as bad as City Link used to be, let's hope TNT go out of business swiftly for the same reasons (terrible customer service) City Link did.
Absolutely Horrendous AVOID
Absolutely Horrendous
No updates on the tracking says parcel will be with you by 6pm but no sign of it. Phone customer services and told they only know as much as the website is showing (!!).
All updates appear overnight - says tried to deliver parcel but road was closed (I live on a 2 way main road in central London). Phoned CS again only to be told it would arrive between 8-6pm that day. I asked why the driver didn’t phone me to discuss delivery as I would’ve gone out and met them - but was told they don’t carry mobile phones and don’t carry any tracking devices! (You seriously couldn’t make it up!!)
Total waste of two days waiting for a parcel that should’ve been an easy delivery or at least been told any issues as they occurred.
AVOID (if you can - however it’s tough as some companies use them as their standard courier!! Why they do is beyond my comprehension!!)
Absolute rubbish service from start to…
Absolute rubbish service from start to finish.
No update , no warning your package is coming, guy knocks on window with his phone or something then because no one in he just puts back in his van and drives off , no card or anything, only found out through the cameras on the house , get through on phone to tnt after 20 mins to find out they will redeliver the next day anytime between 8am-6pm absolutel crap service!!!!
A terrible experience in general
A terrible experience in general. I had ordered a petrol generator online and it was supposed to be delivered the next day.
It arrived late to the local depot so couldn’t go out, then it got lost at the depot. A search was conducted, taking several days, and I wasn’t given any updates during this time.
I was then told that it had been found and was out for delivery but “the driver ran out of drive time” so couldn’t make out to me!
The following day I was told that there was something leaking from the package and they were investigating whether it’s deliverable. I called support a number of times and they aren’t able to help as they didn’t have any information. It all seems very disorganised.
They had one job to do and they couldn’t do it.
Failed to deliver my item
Failed to deliver my item. Claim it was out for delivery on four occasions. Despite being at home each time there was no attempt to deliver. They appear to have lost it, but will not admit it. I have gone back to the seller who is chasing them. Basically he should use a reliable courier to deliver my replacement which I will now be asking for.
Absolute joke!
Absolute joke!! They try to deliver when you arent home, ok it happens, so make your re-delivery process user friendly!! Dont just keep coming back when im not home again but dont give me the option to arrange it for when im in, or send to another address, leave in a safe place or with a neighbour.
I wouldnt send anything with these people.
Wish you could give 0 stars
Wish you could give 0 stars, TNT are an absolute disgrace, they have blatantly lied about 2 delivery attempts. Customer service is a joke, you ring up and have to talk to a computer, that sends you to a redelivery web address and all that said was error ring customer service.
Paying invoices is a nightmare!
This is the third occasion I have had so much frustration trying to pay an invoice for packages from the EU sent via TNT
I know to expect these invoices, I get them from other carriers, and I just go online to pay the duties required. This company takes months to issue the invoices, but your only option to pay is cheque or bank transfer. Previously I have TRIED to pay by cheque. The cheque was sent via tracked delivery, then 6 weeks later I was contacted via a debt recovery agency. You can now imagine my reluctance to pay via Bank Transfer - a cheque I can block, so I do not have to pay twice, a bank transfer I have very few options when they decide to ignore that too. I have tried phoning both TNT AND Fedex Express (as that is the logo on the invoice) only to be told by an electronic voice to go to the website. When I have gone to the websites mentioned the details of my invoice are not recognised, so I cannot pay. I have sent an email asking to pay this invoice - no response. It seems I will have to wait for a letter from the debt management company again to pay - at least I can pay them easily online!
Yet again, I will have to tell the company I purchased my items from NOT to use TNT!!
Paid for next day delivery from an…
Paid for next day delivery from an online store, the online store dispatched the item on time but that's where things went wrong. Unfortunately the online store used TNT as their delivery partner. My item arrived at my local delivery hub closest at 00:42 with a scheduled delivery of before 18:00 on the Friday. Item was never delivered. Managed to get hold of someone at TNT on their live chat the next day who told me that the delivery driver had attempted to deliver at 11:21 that morning but my business was closed and they couldn't deliver. Which was an outright lie. Although the delivery was for business purposes the delivery address was a residential one with CCTV and no delivery was attempted. I think the reality of it was it was a Friday delivery, they were a bit busy, and therefore couldn't be bothered delivering the item so lied on their online system that delivery had been attempted and made up some excuse as to why. It's now Monday and I still haven't got my "next day" item. Utterly trash company, probably on the same level as Hermes/Evri or whatever they call themselves now. I expect TNT to attempt to change their name soon too to try and get away from what an utterly useless delivery company they are.
Paid extra for next day delivery
Paid extra for next day delivery. Item stuck at depot as they were busier than expected. My next day delivery will actually take 4 days! Absolute rubbish company!
DONT USE TNT!!!
I recently ordered something to be delivered, i paid for it to be delivered on the 5th, it didn't come. on the 6th i went to work, got a notification that my parcel was unable to be delivered because i was "not home" at 12:02 i checked my ring cam. there was nobody outside my house all day. nobody rang. nobody even approached the property. i don't know what they are doing, but don't lie to me by saying i wasn't home when you wasn't even there to knock on the door. i contacted the support team and they told me it was a mistake and tat my parcel would be delivered today. it hasnt been. so another lie. my parcel is still off in the ether somewhere and no idea when it will be delivered
DO NOT USE TNT!
TNT the delivery service that fails to…
TNT the delivery service that fails to deliver! They employ drivers who obviously can’t read deliver to wrong addresses. This isn’t the first time either and I’ve even driven to the wrong address that they normally deliver my items to. Quite frankly they need a stick of TNT up there you know what!
Bad courier. Bad experience
Just like everybody else’s experience here, TNT fails to deliver as promised. Their phone number is disconnected and at least you get (i think) someone through their chat bot but to no further avail.
Unsure if TNT or Evri is the worst but certainly they disconsider customers and appear to do everything in their power to fail.
TNT Bending Space and Time
TNT - bending space and time to deliver your parcels!
“Your parcel will be delivered on 31 October between 8 am and 6pm.”
Actual time of delivery 8:30am 1 November. Email telling you delivery is due soon, 9am, 1 November.
Absolute shambles.
Probably the worst courier company to…

Reading the trail of reviews, my experience is nothing new it seems. TNT booked through Transglobal Express for a collection and delivery to Hungary. First day, waited in all day, got to 5pm (end of window) and called TE. TNT advised them that driver was behind and would be with us within the hour. 6pm came and no show. By then it's too late to do anything, office closed, but it would be rebooked for next day, with am collection requested. Next day, 5pm came and went. Contacted TE. TNE advised driver would be with us 'within the hour'. (Familiar?) Guess what, no TNT. Third day, order cancelled. Incompetent shambles all round.
Worst customer service ever!
We have received an invoice for import tax on goods valued at under £400, but have been charged a tax of £674.07. We attempted to dispute the invoice, but have not received a reply in over two weeks.
Don't ever plan your day around TNT....
Don't ever plan your work around this couriers delivery forecast. Was given a 'by end of day' forecast. Didn't turn up, realised they were using UTC time and not BST. Still no show. Packaged turned up the next day delivered by FEDEX( who acquired TNT). Didn't get any notifications from the App/tracking. Only when I checked the App, 'end of day' had changed to ' scheduled delivery pending' ???..Very poor!
