This is THE WORST company
This is THE WORST company! Never buy from them, they do not refund!!! If I ask where to resend the item , they reply, that I should give it to my friends, if it does it not fit me, Never gave me address, where I can refund. Never ever again!!! They are trying to just convince to keep the item. Horrible experience and I will tell everyone I know not to buy fron them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
If I could give this company 0/5 I would. After raising a dispute with the misleading information provided in the ad, they declined a refund of the product.
They said I would need to return the product to china (not stated anywhere on the website) and they are a UK business. They offered $7 as compensation for a £35 product that doesn't meet my needs, and refused to escalate the issue to management.
They have 90 day money back guarantee and 100% satisfaction guarantee logos on their website - none of which they adhere to.
The quality of the product is not reflected by the price or images used in their ad.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

It's a scam
It's a scam. They took payment, sent me fake shipping updates and then the item was indefinitely at a fake location. Thankfully my bank was able to get a refund. Avoid this site!
